    And the galaxy's camera is better than the iPhone 4S Or the iPhone 5? Not according to all the reviews I've seen.

    how often do you build your own apps? I just built my first app last friday - Hello World! And deploying it to my iphone wasn't too difficult...

    Err, you do realize Microsoft created the MS-DOS FAT right? Why should Microsoft give it away for free? Has the FAT/MS-DOS format been declared an essential standard, subject to FRAND?

    I don't remember seeing Microsoft asking to ban all Google/Motorola devices. You have a URL handy?

    Also, I don't remember Amazon ever marketing the Kindle Fire as an Android device, so I don't know why you would say that it fragments the Android market.

    Google just tried to ban XBox 360 using standard required FRAND patents. Who says Google is not abusing patents?

    Kindle can run google appstore apps just fine, you just have to install a set of libraries.

    I'm surprised to find out Google actually put a clause in there forbidding their current android phone makers to make phones for other operating systems (that may run a jvm (that can run a dalvik app))

    you should double check your lmgtfy link - the first page is full of people talking about amazon's kill switch and nothing about the author issue. Also, you should note that I never claimed the author who packaged it for distribution in Canada is the real author. All I said was that it was published legally in Canada (because the copyright expired in Canada).
