There's some that deny that there is any change in the climate or global temperatures. Then there's a bunch who say that the climate is changing but it's nothing to do with human activities, and then there's some people who believe that global temperatures are rising, and that it is due to human activity.
Science tends to support the latter interpretation.
No. In my old job we had the four hour gold support on our servers (all 5 of them, we weren't a huge customer).
It typically took less than five minutes on the phone with a knowledgeable techie before they escalated and sent us an engineer. Usually the parts and engineer would arrive within two hours.
Dell consumer support might be shite, but their business support is bloody good.
Last time I was in Glasgow I got stopped for drinking on the street (it was a fair cop), as the coppers were leaving one of them said to me, "Just remember, yea cannae drink in the street, yea cannae piss in the street, and yea cannae shit in the street".
You stay classy Glasgow;)
Not to mention that (especially with a 64bit address) guessing the address of a DLL is of a level of difficulty akin to guessing a password. It isn't completely impossible, but it can be made infeasibly difficult.
A better example would be Group Policy. GP is hands down the best way of administering a whole bunch of machines centrally, with minimum effort. The only thing close to it on non Microsoft platforms is Puppet, which from my limited experience is also great, but it's taken until Puppet for anyone else to get close to the usefulness of GP.
(which is not to say that GP doesn't have it's own 'interesting' failure modes)
Depends what you call small, but I'd advise any business big enough to have a central server (rather than just storing everything on the machine of the user that created it) to use AD, it is, after all, free once you've bought the windows server (or indeed completely free if you use Samba 4.0).
AD makes administering multiple windows clients much, much easier.
I agree that it's the acrobat release that is most useful, just this weekend I had a friend ask me if there was a way to edit the application form he had been sent for a job, which was in PDF format. (As he's dyslexic he'd rather type his answers in). I had to tell him that I didn't know of any free ways of doing that. Yesterday I just emailed him a link to the Acrobat 8.0 download page, problem solved!
I have mod points, why can't I mod the whole post down as being flamebait?
Clearly this topic was going to lead to nothing but various different tribes of Americans shouting at each other, and the rest of the world just rolling their eyes, why even post it in the first place?
I wouldn't be surprised if a small part of the reason behind creating the Linux version f Steam was that they were able to point to the number of Wine users and say "Look, we already have a certain number of Linux users, maybe we should do a native version?"
I know people with varying levels of psychosis who actively avoid pharmaceutical drugs (because they don't like the effects), and instead self-medicate with illegal drugs.
Take home lesson? The effects of anti-psychosis drugs are unpleasant, even when they're working.
In one of the linked articles they mention that a decent Atari (ST presumably) emulator was instrumental in allowing them to work on m68k without having direct access to the hardware.
So we let them run to their shelters, then cut the comms links and pile rocks on the entrances, and let them have long productive lives where they can't hurt anyone, or start any wars.
Well, start off with an old harddrive, and a toy car and you can probably knock up something similar.
OP has disabled WPS.
Cash poor, time and expertise rich?

I use nano, just to annoy people.
Yes, see Bluetooth Low Energy. Essentially it's part of the BT4.0 spec designed for applications like this.
Surely you want tracks like "Seven Minutes to Midnight" by Wah Heat, or 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton?
I have no mod points but must congratulate you in some way shape or form.
An SSD has much less penalty for random reads and writes compared to a mechanical harddrive for example.
Yup, bonus points to the progress bar during the startup of Spiceworks which contains many nonsensical processes, including reticulating splines.
Much more common in the business world.

personally I'm happy with nano.

The download link includes versions of Acrobat 8.0 and Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. rtfa

3.2GHz went straight up to 4.0. So far I've not even bothered to try getting more out of it.
