People in some countries will argue they cannot afford to legally buy some software because the cost is very high compared to how much they get pain. But then there is nothing to prevent some company from developing software in the country that people can afford because the cost of development is cheaper there isn't it?
I wish it would search PDFs. I have a lot of free books, data sheets, manuals, etc. all collected over the years in a nice hierarchy of directories but it is always hard to find something that I usually try Google first before searching my collection. If it can instantly find stuff in my PDF it would help me a lot.
I don't think it was related to H-1b workers. I think Enron built some powerplants in India but the deal didn't really work out and they didn't get paid what they expected after building it.
Why can't we use spelling checkers to filter spam? It seems all the spam now uses mispelled words and numbers in words to trip other filtering methods. So measure percent words mispelled or with numbers in them and above a particular threshold consider it spam.
If I were to actually solve it, I would write a small program to try all possible solutions. Given that there are 9 variables between 0 and 9, it wouldn't take long on an average pc.
I had long had plans for doing this too. Make my own tricorder gadget. What kind of sensors have to gotten? I already have the experience with microcontrollers but have to figure out the analog sensors better.
US Airways just filed for bankruptcy protection last Sunday. And they got close to a $1 billion in loans from the government before this. What are the chances any of it will be payed back? And this is their 2nd bankruptcy in two years.
On a CF card, if the OEb pin is tied to ground, the card follows the IDE protocol on powerup. It is just a matter of slight wiring change which is what the converter does. BTW from personal experience you get much better performance using a CF card in USB2.0 bus instead of IDE bus.
Oops ... pain -> paid

And given enough time and refinements, we can outsource surgeons also.

But see the CO2 is in liquid form and when it evaporates, it absorbs some heat from the earth thus slowing down global warming.

They need to use the high security password mechanism used on bank checks.
I'm also guessing costs go up exponentially with elevation traveled and payload carried.
Step 3: Spend less tha ten million dollars.
Hmm there must be some way to make a Microsoft Windows joke in this article.
By not enabling it, they probably wont test it in manufacturing which can save them a little bit of the test costs.

That is because digital design is essentially an abstraction of analog design. All the problems above are those that deviate from this abstraction.
