  1. Re:Comparison with VMWare on Review of VMWare Competitor · · Score: 1

Exactly. A real competitor would be the Wine Project
It is also a Windows Emulator, does not need any windows dll's and is fairly advanced (version 1.0 will probably be released this year).
It is a volontary open-source effort, with some support from Corel and others.

This error message really is informative, isn't it?
Those Microsoft guys are just hilarious when it comes to writing software.

C'mon, US is quite late in the mobile market.
You were using those analog phones when we had GSM here for years.

I understand this will probably hurt you in your We-Domminate-The-World instinct, but US in *not* leading the mobile market.

    Dir Sir,

I'm afraid I have to tell you that being an English word isn't enough to qualify as a tradmarkable term.
And BTW, there are other languages around. English isn't even the most used.

Please accept the fact that the world isn't just the US, thanks God.

Guess what? It won't be the right one.

And even if you managed to get the original address, chances are you'll just find a cracked box somewhere.
That won't be worth any dollar you'll invest to implement the protocol in any router.

Unfortunately, having a .fr address does not guarantee you leave in France and the contrary is obviously the same.

I'm in a dot-com company, AOL and Compuserve french users are also .com, my home email address is in .net, and my previous company had international branches under its .fr domain.

Trying to policy the web is useless. If you want to do illegal business, just find a country where it is legal and host your site here. Better yet, go off-shore! It is hard for a country to enforce its laws abroad.

ABTW : Even if it is illegal, you can buy nazi stuff is some places in Paris, just like you can buy marijuana from some people...

Why not? All we need is a good biological model to implement.
We should focus on discovering all that biological stuff we don't know yet, make a distributed.net simulation client, and let people run it.
Of course, we'll have to do extensive animal testing for the biological research and then to validate the model...
