    Returns. Bitcoins are up about 100% over the past month. Even smart people start to lose their minds when they see returns like that.

    This is correct. The first stage of any criminal prosecution after arraignment is decisions on motions to exclude different type evidence that the prosecutor is required to disclose that they intent to use at trial. This could be 1) physical evidence, like the smoking gun, 2) statements such as interviews with the police or other admissions 3) or electronic evidence such as this.

    I think most people understand you can be intelligent coming out of home schooling, but that the relative lack of social interaction with peers has to hamper your interaction with others in the college atmosphere.

    Are any US states opt-out versus opt-in? Every state I have living in is opt-in. If we made most places opt-out, it seems like it would greatly increase the supply.

    Still crazy that California of all places was the state to bad same sex marriages.

    As to the DOMA, it was still a cop-out by the Obama administration to refuse to defend the law and require the court to overturn it. The AG's office should defend the laws on the books and allow Congress and the courts to decide on the laws.

    I assume the idea here is the system is off grid for when you have a system wide failure like Sandy. Obviously Manhattan does not have any above ground wires.

    Also, plenty of "towers" in Manhattan are simply antennas bolted to the top of apartment buildings wired to the buildings power with limited batteries.

    The bank's computers were compromised and the limits on ATM withdrawals was removed from certain accounts.
