Q:
Faster, but for what? A:
VoIP
Streaming Video
Streaming Audio
Games
File transfer
Big Brother
The last one is a joke, but imagine having a TV for each person, and they all can access different shows/news reports/movies/etc. This would especially come in handy if you had more than one HDTV. Telephone lines (VoIP) can also run over this wire, allowing everyone in the home/business to have their own line.
If you told me I could have all of my media access over one line for $215/mo I'd jump on it.
I have 3mbps/512kbps DSL. I don't even spend 1/10th my time suring the world wide web, and yet I find myself longing for a faster connection.
that the walkman I lost on my Grandmother's land (the several acres of it), when I was seven years old, is still there. Although she passed away several years ago and someone purchased the land for farming and have tilled the entire lot, I have every reason to believe that it's still there.
Well, at least I have every reason to believe that it was destroyed.
Keep in mind you need XP professional to use remote desktop like that, Home Edition only supports it when you initiate a request from the windows system. Kind of defeats the purpose of using remote desktop if you want to take the monitor off the Dell.
She's one smart woman, but when it comes to tests (especially ones that are timed) she does horribly. Now I have some backing to dispute her calling herself stupid.
Basic calendaring and scheduleing is free for now. Our intention is to keep the basic calendaring and scheduling features free and generate revenue via advertising and corporate extensions.
It isn't totally free, and it isn't open. Sunbird might have its bugs, but at least it truly is free.
Trademark infringement only happens when you offer goods or services that have a similar trademark. You can fill cans full of raviolis and put a "Chief Boyardo" label on each of them until the cows come home, but the second you start distributing them the infringement happens.
I can install Veritas Cluster and have it up in running in a couple hours. Tops. That's on Linux as well as Unix. I don't know why it's so hard to get IBM cluster working.
We have two arrays at our business which in total have 120 18GB IBM scsi drives. They had been running just fine for two years. Starting three weeks ago they started failing, and this last saturday night/sunday morning 15 of them failed, one right after the other.
When the person sent the e-mail with a link to pictures to slashdot he should already be open to ridicule.
And besides, this is extremely funny. I like laughing at the simple stupid mistakes of others.
You can find these cd's at about a buck a pop.
1 CD = $1
That is double the cost of a Standard CD (if you buy in bulk), but it is much MUCH cheaper that compact flash disks. A Sandisk 192MB Compact Flash will go for around $200, brand new.
Compare, one 192MB compact flash for $200, or 200 180MB disc's for $200.
If you haven't gotten the point, then poop on you.
There's a FreeBSD port, and NetBSD port being worked on. You should be able to get it working on your box:

No, he uses normal paper for wiping. Where do you think he got the scripts for episodes 1-3?
I know this cause I have boobs the size of oxen...
.
. .
Oh wait, I'm not a woman. But, that doesn't matter, I just have to say I have large boobs and it automatically makes me an expert.

That's odd. I've never been able to format a floppy and do something at the same time, and I've used just about every Windows release.
Pop pop, pop.

My favourite story that happened to me:
Me: I need you to right-click "My Computer".
Her: I can't.
Me: Why not?
Her: Because "My Computer" is on the left side of the screen.
This should explain it: Clickitty Click Click.
They think it will work because there isn't much profit in the warez industry. Why would someone risk distributing warez if there isn't any benefit?
Now, if you could be a millionaire and just take a chance at getting caught with a few years jailtime...

Does it come with the Sun Volume Manager? If so I'm using it.
I like Vendetta.
> I don't think the founding fathers of the Internet thought it of it being like this.
Well, according to Al Gore he invented the internet. He probably never thought that far ahead.
Who is going to analyze this dump? If you have support for it, great. Otherwise there is no reason.

You aren't good at it. Read the sentence again.

They are all dated Sept 2000.
Fun.

I would love to see pictures and/or the proccess they went through to build this amazing thing.
