You betcha. The SEC is going to have a field day with the pump-n-dump aspect of this, at some point - unless Darl and friends are politically connected, and get protection from prosecution - which is VERY unlikely.

Seriously. Fuck them right in the ear. This is no different from the PMRC in the 80's, or even back to the Senate hearings on Delinquency in the late 40's that centered on the Comic Book industry. Yes, we had senate hearings about how Comic Books caused delinquency in minors... And this is more of the same reactionary bullshit. This is what happens when you let religious nuts **Cough-The South-Cough** inject their religious beliefs into the public debate. They try to 'protect' the rest of us from ourselves, but limiting our freedom of choice.

If everyone stopped submitting their games to the ESRB, and we pink slipped those censor's like they badly deserve, would anyone even notice?

If the Internet Radio Equality Act, (S. 1353 in the senate, and H.R. 2060 in the house) can get some sponsors, and get passed, we're all in much better shape.

Duh. Rh factor is a combination of several different genes. Blood type isn't controlled by those.

Also, it should be noted that, unlike what several of the replies thus far seem to think, this won't change your blood type - it will only alter blood that has already been removed from the body for future transfusion. Your body will still produce blood of whatever type you normally produce. Also, it basically has the added implication of making more than just O neg the universal donor. After all, if I can 'strip' A, and B off of cells, then A neg, B neg, and AB neg also become universal donors.
