CA is a private at-fault insurance. I should know... I was just assessed 100% blame -- quite rightly -- for an accident (I backed into a parked car...:-( )

Speaking as a former member of several juries, and as the foreman of one of those... Some of us are smart enough to get out of it if we want to, but realize that it's our civic duty.
Having used both (at work), I can safely say that I hate the VS.NET environment. The VS6 environment works better, is more "intuitive", and much less buggy. The only thing better about VS.NET is that the C++ compiler is closer to standards compliance.
