Reporting to ebay does little good, obvious because they can't deal with that many site and they don't have control of the sites. Personally I've found that I can generally track down the ISP with a litte bit of work, reporting to them gets the site taken down in matter of hours. Of course this is a lot tougher when the site in question is foreign I've found.

Now if someone can simply prove that iDownload had this hand in the creation of this virus, we could finally put these guys behind bars where they belong. Of course getting access to secret memos before they are destroyed in another exercise entirly.

No, I'm not surprised that games can explore complex issues. I'm shocked at the notion that someone out there has learned most all of their morals for RPGs. One must wonder why the examples of others in their younger years didn't contribute to their moral fiber. Generally most morals are learned by seeing others who set good examples. I read good examples of morals in books and rarly do they effect my moral structure. And I have never seen a moral issue played out in a game, that effected my moral structure. Of course and your absolutly right, except the part about selling something for pennies that cost dollars to make, noone would do this unless they are trying to liquidate their assets.

Anyways of course we have no reason to complain when an industry raises its prices, we should then be complaining to the people who purchase at the higher price of course. On the otherhand if there is a monopoly on the item it can be illigal to bump the price too high. One could argue weither the MPAA is a monopoly, but as its not a essential service it really isn't the governments buisness.

All in all most people here see rising music prices as a bad idea, and firmly beleive that the industry will lose money on it. But apparently the industry is willing to lose money and point to the P2Ps for blame.
