The viet-cong paraded the prisoners out to show how "well" they were treated and then Jane's group proceded to insult these prisoners and accuse them of various war crimes to their faces.

Actually most of the polls activly target a certain number of republicans and democrats and independents to balance with amounts that exist in said county. Of so the only way you will see polls differ from registered numbers is from people who are going to vote for another party. In past elections this number was fairly large, its become quite small with the divisions that we now have.

Basically come down to if the palastines act like they have promised they will leave Isreal alone once they have pulled out. If so Kerry is right that we need to stop disrupting these hornets. Then on the other hand they state that these states must adopt a Republican system (the voting style not the party) or the federal government should lay the smack down on these states that don't. They also imply that abortion and other immoral acts should be illigal in all states, but come just short of saying that the federal government should see to it.

Problem is you get a statement in the mail that tells you your credit card purchases and ATM withdrawls and whatnot, or you can check these online. You can't do this at the voting booth for valid reasons. In fact I have had ATMs error on me and withdrawl money from my account without giving me the money. Its extremly rare, but multiply this by millions of people and the fact that there is no way to go back and verify gives the maker a chance to cheat that it doesn't have with ATMs and such.

Lets see, single sided single layer. 4.5GB DVD.
this is 2 of them a second (yea rough math, but its about to get rougher)
Now lets say with cases (without and this number would be much much bigger) you can stack about a 50 vertically and maybe 150 of these stacks = 7500+4.5GB.
33750 GB you can fit in a station wagon. Lets say your taking this from new york to LA.
2.5 Days approximatly driving flat out without stopping. 225000 seconds
    33750GB/225000seconds
    only .15GB per second Weak.
Of course with a shorter distance say 1 hour drive.
33750/3720=9GB per second. Almost competative. So while the bandwidth pay me high, the speed of the network causes you old station wagon to finally be defeated in any distance of reason. I'm sure you heard this before but it only allowed you to download music you proved you already owned. Either way, yes it didn't conform to copyright, but it was in interesting idea, and new ideas deserve to be tried. It failed the legal test, and it died. Oh well. Maybe a little bit overboard, and I certainly agree that the patriot act needs to be revised, but I simply don't see how Kerry would have done anything different had he been in power.
