"Ofcourse not. But at that time many Germans worked for their fürher, thinking their were superiour."
My point was that Wernher Von Braun was not one of these people. He worked with the Nazi's but did not do it by choice. He did not share their ideals. But what Wernher did during WWII is not really the point anyway. He actually had fairly detailed plans for moon landings as a teenager well before anyone knew wtf a "Nazi" was.
"Explain to me why it would be so "retarded", instead of trying to "slap" into in me."
Did you even read your original post? You said: "Um... The Nazi's were the first on the moon." Thats "retarded".
My main gripe with your posting was the 'saw it on the net...must be the truth' attutude of your post. Google it up...must be true;-) And saying "Nazis went to the moon" is just silly. They didnt. Some of the scientists involved with the project were forced to work for the Nazis but the last time I checked the tools used to pull this task off were designed and manufactured in North America...not Nazi Germany. Who cares what the national origin of some of the minds were, the war was over, and these people were all Amercians.
"It was -if Armstrong actually set foot on the moon- a great achievement"
Well there you go...you are one of these people that think it was all a hoax...
The main scientist was german and pretty much had no interest in the Nazi's...he did what he did for them 'cus he really had no choice. Its not like to could tell Hitler 'no' if you wanted to live. The men who actually landed on the moon would bitch slap you right out of your parents basement for making such a retarded comment.
As it is right now if you are an owner of a 2004 Alpine head unit your only choice is Sirius as the XM tunner from Alpine is not available and the only decent satalite tuner works with Sirius and will be available by 10-15. Want XM? Pay out the a** on eBay for the dis-continued Alpine XM tuner..about $250...or wait 'til 10-15 and get the Sirius tuner for $79.
I dont think I would consider a project with the funding of Rutan and his crew "hobbyist". Going out to the desert with a rocket you made yourself and putting it up 10K is "hobbyist"....
I agree with the 15 minute increment billing, but have a little different attitude with the way we charge our clients. Our hourly rate is our hourly rate...period. We are consultants. We are here when our clients need us....24X7....its part of the job as far as I am concerned. I gain a huge amount of freedom with my time by working as a consultant but part of the trade off is having people call me when I am 'not working'.
Of course, if your clients don't have a problem with paying more for 'off hours', more power to ya.
Since all of our clients run *nix, we don't get many calls late at night anyway;-)
I used to be involved with production of titanium bike frames, as well as aluminum, 4130, etc.
You can not weld titanium in free air if you want it to last;-) With the correct setup welding is not a problem. Gotta keep the tubes clean as well. We used ultrasonic cleaning to keep them clean before welding. Works great.
Yggdrasil was my first Linux distro from about 4 (5?) years ago. It came with a VHS tape to show you how to get running....I still have it. Its a action packed tape;-)
All in all, that was a pretty kickin distro for the time.
People get less time for MURDER than Kevin has spent in jail already. I think people should be punished for crimes......but only a 'tard could think this has been fair.
"spoon fed with your hands tied behind your back"?? WTF does that mean? Install what you want, dont install what you dont want, and config the crap out of it later if you feel like it. I dont see the 'hand tying'....
They are worried about games since users have been screaming for them. More people want to use Be as a 'general' OS than Be originaly thought. I know that I do....

I actually know Mr Johnson through his son...and I would say he falls into the 'religious fanatic' area.
Talk about being late to the party *and* under funded!
I am also a consultant who works 95% remote.

Damn straight! That is NOT pizza!
As much as I do not care for the OS' from MS...I would love to see what kind of console they would make.
Are you on crack????
People get less time for MURDER than Kevin has spent in jail already. I think people should be punished for crimes......but only a 'tard could think this has been fair.
