    No, you're lying because there is no labor shortage. It's simple finger math, for every technical work visa granted, some voter that was once a working tax payer now has to stand aside. As for the argument of, "making the right choice?" Why is this not a problem in Germany? As for the person coming here to work, they're good people; but why can't they find work in their country for the skill set they trained for? If their skill set is not needed there, what makes them think here is any different?

    This Economic Hydra Effect is nasty. I'm just trying to figure out how Goldman-Sucks, et.al. got away with things like "robo signing," and "conflict of interest issues." I wonder, "how could a group of people do this, and get away with it?" A possible solution was, "put your attorney in the mix, and all communications are privileged."

Given; if client A is in conference with attorney B, and person C comes into the discussion to talk with client A about how to commit an act of fraud. Question; Does the conversation between client A and person C in front of attorney B fall under the "Attorney–client privilege?"

    When there is so much work that needs to be done. Short term solutions abound that can be selected by those who do not care but are in a place guiding others to act. Why would someone have so much free time that waiting for another to victumize is considered a best choice? Why is stealing a phone punishable, but robo-filing to forclose a home not?

    I think a title, "House Intelligence Committee" yup, never gets old. I believe that if a spy ever told the truth, I would be surprized. And because the NSA is peeking in on everything, how much will the NSA charge to get copies of what it collected given a messy divorce case?
