    How does one measure "Sentiment"? Can you quantify it? From reading the prehearing transcript, both Defense, AND Plaintiff have brought to the court a plethera of legal issues; Its at this point that I see Law Schools fighting each other to foot the bill for both sides of the well. This case has constitutional law written all over it. The learning that law students will obtain from this case overloads the mind. Both sides have valid points. What I find interesting is the obtaining of information owned by the defendent With Out a search warrent Ever being issued.

    What would be ironic is if a movie is made from this case.

    It has to be a joke. Joris Evers has completely demonstrated why publishers have more money than common sense. Its amazing what people dream up when they have nothing to show for accepting a paycheck. I'm guessing that his publisher considers facts to be a "nessary evil"?

    Yesterday I had the prideful pleasure of watching my eldest daughter show me how she can play ANY of her CD's on her linux box. She uses FireFox, openOffice, Gaim, Thunderbird, Gimp, and soon Blender3D; All on KDE from a Knoppix distro. Her "Jump Start" games are starting to collect dust next to the Win'98se master cd. When she asked what is "BSOD"? I said, "It's just your father dating himself."

    For insects, use a pesticide.

    For larger animals, use a fence.

    For even larger animals, use a taller fence.

    For human crackers; take their hard drives, as a trophy. For the occasional noise increase, apply an aluminum base ball bat till the decibal level is changed to an acceptable level.

    It has always worked for me, even east of the Rine.

    Just some ideas for these new cars:

    If one were 'glue' a RFID chip variant on the back of public road signs, place a corresponding reciever in the car, update the algorithum of the cars computer to be able to adjust the speed accordingly. As part of the data, have the GPS coordinates transmitted for the cars own map system. Pizio Transducers for a partial sonar solution.

    For me, a comparison of openOffice, and the Microsoft Office products would look like the XML below. Presonally, I would not try to persuade a reader on the slight variations of some color and then pass judgement on the reaction of the reader.

    From my view point, talk is cheap. So when my eldest daughter wanted to know more about Adobe Illistrator, I said her allance wouldn't cover the purchase price of this product. But if she was open to other ideas, she might want to try Gimp. She did, and she likes it. I don't mind cost of 'Gimp in 24 hours', and the 'Gimp Bible' with 2nd day shipping. But now I have to take her and her friend to an Animie convention a week from monday to pick up goodies, and picture ideas. God help me, I'm going in...

    I did some checking around and found this interesting read, "...Win32/Donut is the first virus to use Microsoft's .NET.

    When an infected file is executed, it searches for executable file types of .NET ..."

    The conclusion to me is painfully obvious. But there is an unignorable problem here. When a University lends its fine name not for joy of learning, and the sharing of knowledge; But for profit from a parent corporation that erogantly enjoys the attention of guilty verdicts.

    Gasp! I actually read the mini article. I did noticed that the 2 square kilometer area had NO meteor impacts on it. I figure that the only thing that even begins to slow up one of those falling rocks is its own change of mind.

    Then I began to wonder, what if Gold, Diamonds, or something else worth picking up off the ground on the surface of Mars; How long would it be before colonization would begin? I guess when its not your money that pays the rent, you can afford to ignore it?

    I can see the worlds most powerful person praying to a 6 inch plastic idol on a shelf in a dark room. I can see him running into the White House "Fewer Bunker" every time someone flys a paper airplane by the White House. It even makes sense that this guy has turned the "People's White House" into "Fortress White House". And helping Holliburtin out so that those folks can make him, and the V.P. made men is cool. Driving up fuel prices to over $3.50 a gallon, while ignoring the Hydrogen langishing on both sides of the continent is just plain doing gods work.

    The one thing that I'm not understanding about "Fear-Less Leader" in the oval office is his fascination for a child's left behind? It makes Michael Jackson look normal.

    Tokyo Tower: "Toy Plane 2, you are cleared for downwind approach behind the Mothera 747 traveling heavy."

    Japan's FAA is going to have my butt on a sword if something like this happens for real. :0)

    Also; It would cool if the booster took the aircraft up to an altitude of 60 miles before letting go.

    You got a point there. I would think that the problems of space travel would be solved alot faster if NASA Administrative Offices were moved to a La'Grange Point. Of this engineering problem, I think the NASA administrative staff might be a little bit more motovated at that point.

    I guess the best way to get things going in a direction that leads to space travel is for me to ignore the nay-sayers of NASA, and show it mathmatically. Damn it! I haven't used Calculas in thirty years.
