    I feel blinding using a computer without DU Meter 2.21 (bandwidth graph) and Nullsoft Netmon FoX Version (ping graph) running. The two are simple apps, and I guess their functionality might be included in the GKrellM app you list.

    They've gone with a nice Web standards (XHTML and CSS) based design, but they still have a few validation errors.

    I say we shouldn't attempt to terraform Mars during the first 50 years of human habitation of the planet, during which time we can scour the planet for evidence of life or past life as well as recording the entire planet's condition with the cameras attached to our spacesuits' helmets. Well, I guess most of the exploring would be better accomplished by wheeled robots.

    Does that only give you a screenshot of the whole desktop or one application? You can choose when using GIMP to grab a screenshot.

    After I hit Print Scrn I don't see any way to paste it into GIMP. After creating a new image the Paste option is not enabled.

    I use the GIMP to take screenshots in Windows.

    File > Aquire > Screenshot

    Much better PNG saving options.

    CNET News reported five days ago on the 10th that both Yukon and Whidbey would be delayed and their final names. They need that time if they are going to clean up the shit HTML and JS outputed by VS. Not that they will, that would allow people to use Firefox.

    The company said Wednesday that it has decided to push out to the first half of 2005 the delivery of the next major edition of SQL Server, code-named Yukon, and a closely related update to Visual Studio.Net, called Whidbey. Until recently, the company had said that both products would ship by the end of this year.

    The final product names for Yukon and Whidbey will be SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005, said Tom Rizzo, director of product management for SQL Server.

    They didn't mention PNG, the turbo-studly image format which Google Image Search does indeed support.

    It seems they used to have very few PNGs in their database, but now a search for +a filetype:png returns 700,000 results!
