    Try adding a section to the CNN entry that says that some people see them as biased. It will be gone with in 24 hours, but the fox bias entry stays.

    It is a tax. The collection of it is authorized by a goverment and the goverment enforces and punishes those who do not pay. That makes it a tax and playing word games will not change anything.

    Every 'F'LGS in my area has the idea that shrinkwraping all the books they sell is a good idea and that looking at the books for more than 5 minutes is a capital crime. And the word discount is a very dirty word they have never heard of.

    Most everyone making less than 20,000 per year can apply for a 'service' called lifeline that exempts them from paying the telephone taxes.

    Please site a legal case that proved MSFT was a monopoly in relation to Office Software.

    It has been a while since I read my copy of the Findings in the MSFT AT case but I think they where only found to be a monopoly in regards to operating systems.

    No, apple said they where making between 15-20% profit per song. They never said they were breaking even, they said that itunes didn't have the same high margins as most other apple products.
