You are overlooking the fact that Bush and Kerry are almost mirror clones of each other. Look at ACTIONS, not words.
Care to point out the bills that Kerry has introduced over the past 4 years to change any of the above? I will save you the trouble, you can't. He will not change a damn thing.

Congress exempts Congress from most of the laws they pass. It will not apply to them.
And they don't fine CBS for showing CSI, which I love but that doesn't change the fact that body parts flying out from under a bus and getting stuck in the windows of passing cars is just a little worse than a brief flash of a breast.
40% of the commitee that rules on these fines are DEMS...

You can buy 3rd party carts off the shelf at most any office supply store.
You can get an Epson C84/C86 for less than 89.00 before any rebates. This printer prints color rather well and prints black text at about 16-22 ppm. The 12.50 per color carts don't hurt either.
Lexmark doing crap like this has caused them to lose some sales. I switched over to Epson because of crap like this and so have others I do work for.
It would also put his positions down on paper, something he will not do. That isn't the mark of someone you can trust. You also should lookup what an Execurive Order can and can not do.
