What crack are you smoking. Maybe that's the definition in your head but not in reality. Do you call all birds that don't have VTOL capability non-flying birds?
Um, I used to be poor and would feed myself off of peoples pennies. Apparently you don't know anything about poor people. Then again, someone who throws pennies, at the very least recyclable metal, into the garbage is a bit clueless about things.
You're obviously with the wrong bank if you pay for using your card. I have never had to have a minimum balance nor pay any fees nor pay for transactions with CIBC, Scotiabank, and President's choice.
It's because of people like you that when I was growing up young in a poor family I was able to feed myself by collecting pennies and rolling them up. I could usually get $1 a day, which was 2 steamed hot dogs or 1 quebec fry, plenty of calories for a starving child.
Oh, I take that as a constant. But besides that it used to cover things you would never hear of in the mainstream news, let alone right after it airs on the news. With the amount of slashvertisements now, the repeats of mundane news stories you can hear on the actual news, and the lack of quality dialogue there really isn't any compelling reason to come to slashdot anymore.
Despite my UID, I've been here since the beginning. I remember the days when I would almost get excited about what possible things would pop up on slashdot, now I just get frustrated at the garbage that comes up and the mainly low brow commentary of mainly 'I don't believe what you believe, I believe this'.
I remember when slashdot used to cover tech stories before news outlets and definitely before I saw it on the evening news. Now slashdot is covering stuff after it's aired on the evening news, sometimes with a delay of days, and covering it badly with sensationalist titles I'd expect from Fox! It's been dying slowly, discussions becoming more Us and Them and science fanboi yelling with little thought out argument or logic. The tide has turned and in the future this year will probably be seen as when the demise of Slashdot occured.:(
You might want to also consider that while it isn't something that can be 'cured' it might be a different way of perceiving and as such other ways of perceiving can be learned. I grew out of the echolalia into a nice gutural robotic monotone when I went to school, but now talk normally. I can now switch between the different focuses and different ways of perceiving.
Of course, even in NA where polio has been 'eradicated', there are still thousands of us recovering and dealing with nerve damage from the vaccine. In a way I still think it's a good thing. I'm pretty sure that those of us sensitive to the vaccine would probably have died from the actual disease.
The funny thing about this is that those of us who weren't normal couldn't really tell what normal was. I laugh now about how I thought I was getting away with fitting in.
Except that multi-vitamins can be over-dosed on and the amount of said vitamins actually being used by your system is questionable. Always better to get your vitamins and nutrients from natural sources.... though I'd hesitate to try placenta anything, though all other animals seem to eat it.
Perhaps another way to look at it, what has science contributed to quality of life? By quality of life, I don't mean living longer, but a life worth living. What has science done to increase happiness? Has technology brought us closer together or farther apart. Is happiness tweeting or being in the company of good friends? Do our mega cities bring us more true happiness then a quiet homestead surrounded by nature? Do our bodies feel better after a day of sitting down at work in front of a computer to get the cash to buy all these technologies or are our bodies happier after a simple days work in which we exercise all of our muscles (hint, our body systems are designed with movement in mind).
Now I'll just wait for the type of response I just posted about before:)
Basically every single large bird, it's called physics, learn it.
GI Joe.
Welcome to Mexico.
Canadians.
Which is why you're supposed to tell your travel schedule to your credit card companies. Lazy or a troll?

That's interesting, the hairpart shows the extroversion of their talents. The eyebrows shows one to be a lover and the other to be a hater.
oh oh, who gave the radical christians mod points?
You'll find the answer to all those questions except the last one in the old testament.
Only if you're white!

At least toss them outside so poor people can pick them up.

You should see the Princess syndrome in Mexico!

You're ignorant.
Well, they're more easily processed and disposed of and you'd have to have a very large stomach and eat all day long.

Welcome to the US culture.
