true, but as long as your clients have no clue as to what's wrong with your software the more dependant they are on you to know... Keeps the cash flow flow'n...
I read that fast... it's not just a matter of seeing lines at a time but also filtering out the information quickly that you don't need.
Information overload has become a part of my life.

All my friends say I've got way too much information on just about any subject possible... I work what's call an AWS schedule at work (Alternating work schedule) Which means it can be up to 3 days and a minimum or 2 days before I get back into the office to check voicemail, email, and learn new account information. I have asked for a laptop and vpn access, but am denied every time I bring it up... needless to say this in itself causes information overload and challenges the effectiveness of my job since I have to swallow up to a weeks worth of emails in under the 30min I make it into work early for. Did I mention I'm a call analyst? Which means I'll be on the phone for all my business. Information overload indeed... you will be assimilated...
...if this passes, it means a lot of bad things for a legitamate user... backing up DVD's to your hard drive is an excellent idea. It's keeps a clean copy should such things happen like a dvd gets stolen or what not...
Interesting idea to say that the vector units were "hacked" onto the power arcitechture... and this being the reason therefore this chip is designed for apple...
I'm an analyst for IBM Global sevices and I work out of the RTP main campus site... A few weeks ago on break, I decided to take a walk around the hardware labs, and to my suprirse I found about 10 new Mac OS X workstations being configured... I talked with one of the techs who said they were using them because they are unix and therefore can run many of the apps they use right out of the box... I asked them if it had anything to do with the 970 development and he said he could not commment... It was ironic to say the least to see that the computers in the lab that actually had the *most* IBM hardware in it (logicboard, harddrive, cpus) had an apple logo on the front... Who needs micosoft? Obviously not us...
What I meant was this could be the beginning of startups in Europe similar to this... This primarily a North American market... No the whole country did not chip in... what a stupid comment... did the whole country chip in in the 1st renaissance? Or in any oil painting... my art degree says no jackass...
What about SUN? SGI's IRIX? I don't here any threats there...
What enduser group cares? This is ultimately IBM's fight... clients don't care where their solutions come from, only that they work.
...and stuff... ehm.. sorry..
ah... nice! All that expensive hardware and scientific method wasted on gambling.... again.

Thank you! Please don't let everybody know how to hack... Job security ya know...
Crackers making crackers! Film at 11...
yeap... could not have said it better myself.. I'd mod you up but I have no points...
Now where's mine?
I'm sure it'll help my situation out... thanks

...is what were the programs used... Maya... renderman...? And of course what the renderfarm hardware was...etc... anybody?
And why is the blue? Do I really have the floor to post a 50 page post on what is altivec?
btw poeple, how is my 1st post a troll?
altivec units are special 128bit registers that can be used for many different optimizations.

Sounds a lot like magic, self-healing server pixy dust to me...
IBM > Microsoft... and no we don't *need* microsoft as much as microsoft needs us.

How much do you get paid for this, and what kind of nutcase surplus causes an actual demand for Klingon interpretation?

Wow... it does look good... Could this be the first of an electronic renaissance for France? Computers are obviously the next level in art...
