    when suits make decisions, gamers lose. it's as simple as that. example: ultima online 2. i would say "back to the garage," but it takes a million $ to make a decent commercial-quality game nowadays. perhaps there's hope in the mod scene. i.e. maps, conversions, neverwinter nights campaigns.

    Of course no. 4 is less serious than the previous three, but I think we can all conclude that France makes messes that others have to clean up. T2 is just the latest victim.

    Tribes 2 is one of the few online multiplayer shooters not yet plagued by lameness (CS anyone?). Fortunately, it's in a playable state after the latest patch. I was looking forward to more patches though...

    Childhood doesn't end when you use your Apple II to write a BASIC program that draws cool stuff on the screen. It ends when you pump and dump stocks, regardless of whether you used a computer to do it.

    Look at Japan, please. Their culture is filled with violence, sexual imagery, etc. If you don't believe me, watch Anime. What has all this "conditioning" led to in Japan? Low crime rates. Low murder rates. Low rape rates. Not to mention the fact that if you're correct, the U.S. should be overrun with violence (i.e. 10 school mass-murders a day), which it is not.
