    That's a nice feature, but not revolutionary.

    ITMS would require me to pay, create an account,and take the credit card out of my pocket. Bittorrent was installed out of the box in Windows Borg and gives me full albums one click away with no account creation and is free.

    Maybe one possible scenario is that a digital tax will be added to all machines that can play digitized music/games/etc. in order to make up for the lost revenue.
    Great idea ! *Whose* lost revenue ? why would I pay that bloody tax for writing my very own pictures / home videos / garage band recording ? who decides how much A/The artists B/The media industry "should have received" ? Is it something like "We feel like we should have sold 50b copies at 30$ a shot" ?

    It is also important to note that among those so called pro P2P stand some of the most right winged politicians, namely Christine Boutin, known for her brain washed positions against abortion, homosexuality et al ... You would think of some better advocatee to defend freedom .
    Boutin is also against the death penalty and for a humane treatment of convicts in prison. Does her antiquated fundie views also make these causes bad ?

    Great, so they will ban CCDs, or any digital camera device for that matter, as well as VHS to DVD converters, or even DVRs (yeah baby, as long as broadcast TV is analog, recording it on other places then analog tape is video A/D convertion).

    Think Sega dreamcast! Sure, it isn't software, but the flaw that shipped with it that allowed you to boot CD-rs was what sold most of those systems
