Obviously that dialog made no sense in the dubbed version and therefore the whole text was transposed to italian
That's why I really didn't want to read a translated version : it makes the plot incoherent. Can someone explain me where in Britain I could find a public school named "Poudlard" or "Zweinstein" ? it doesn't end there : where in London can I find "Le chaudron baveur" ? How many fat boys from suburban London would be called "Dirk Duffeling" ?

I just heard some sad news on talk radio - crooner Barry White was found dead in Cedars-Sinai Medical this morning. There weren't any more details.
I'm sure everyone in the Slashdot community will miss him - even if you didn't enjoy his work, there's no denying his contributions to "make out" music.
Next they will tell us that "Antivirus Bob stole horses in Texas", that "Passphrase Jack lynched niggers in Arizona" , or that "Firewall Jim sold bootleg whiskey in Kansas".
I have no problem with this : if someone is to dumb to realise it's not that important to have the fourth dvd in a separate box, Hollywood can have his cash.
A friend of mine bought the LoTR DVD, then later the extended version. When he saw the extended version, he realised he would not look at the theatrical version ever again.
Will he even not consider not buying the TTT theatrical version ? Probably not. What a dumbass.
I see your point, but you forgot something important that distinguishes the expensive painting from the DVD : the painting is unique, the DVD is only a copy.
