The professor who threatened a lawsuit has decided to drop the case. This happened after we talked about the situation, the site as it is today, and the intent of the site, which has always been to help students, as opposed to insult professors. This professor is now helping the site by providing feedback to the new features from a professor's point of view, which is something I have not looked into before.
Well done! One thought that occurs to me is that you could consider running a reverse google-bomb as well as in The SCO Group (or variations) giving The SCO Group. Google does seem to return plenty of worthless links these days, but it is still often possible to get the results you want. In this case, just adding the key word 'asian' does the trick.
Unfortunately, the ugly-looking security warnings are necessary with non-blessed CA certificates because the browser has no way of knowing whether you've been subjected to a Man-In-The-Middle Attack. Wikipedia has a simpler explanation.

As reported on their cyber attacks page, Spamhaus.org is using the iSecure product from Melior to block the DDoS from mimail and variants. If iSecure fails and spamhaus.org is unreachable, here's the Google cache.
Print that MD5 sum on the screen for a voter along with a printed copy available at the polling station
How could you get around the fact that the creator of the voting machine controls the software and hardware and can print out whatever MD5 number they want?
At ebgames, you can get the DVD Special Edition, which includes a headset and other extras, for the same price as the cd edition - $39.99.
