I think a class action should be started immediately. The fines, legal costs, etc. are supposed to punish the offending company, not the customers of a monopoly. Since MSFT is now a "Monopoly" they shouldn't be able to hose the customers.
They should take all AMD, and Intel Processors bought , and then take the number of windows licenses sold. Subtract them, and then come up with the pircacy statistics for windows.
Remember when MSFT was against selling PCs without an OS (Windows) installed, because that means that the consumer is going to pirate windows onto it?

Damn straight! When I signed up for my DSL they said 768Kbps and unlimited usage. I'm glad they don't bitch when I use it.
Here is my usage limit (768/8)*60*60*24*30=248832000KB/mo, or ~248GB(using HD manufacturers def. of GB).
