    Can you really legistlate a virtual annoyance/problem withing geographical boundries? How many virus authors have really been punished with similar *country* laws?

    It may sound far fetched but SPAM and virus authors need to be held accountable to a virtual Internet authority if one doesn't already exist.

    That is all its good for now, nostalgia. Anyone who forks out cash today for a system that is near 20 years past its prime will be left disappointed.

    Anyone ever go back into their closet and get out their Atari or Gen 1 Nintendo? Its funny for about 5 minutes and you get to thinking how your wasting valuable playing time on the insert favorite gaming console here) new system sittting next to it.

    A C64 emulator for x86 platform is cool and provides valuable time filler like MAME or recreating some of those classic games (Micro League Baseball & Football were my favs), but theres no way people are going to waste valuable desktop real estate on it unless its the size of an MP3 player.

    But, if a person doesn't have a job to exercise thier RIGHT to vacation from, are we then violating thier rights?

    My point, ultimatly, is vacations are not a right and certainly not a human right. They are a priviledge that comes with securing employment with a quality employer that offers it as part of the compensation package.

    To further the analogy, it seems MAC is targeted for the less technical crowd. So, would you want a detailed Haynes Manual on how to rebuild one of the Classic/Oldie cars they have at the amusement part that rides on the track?

    For the tech sauvy, that enjoy the sexy hardware and want to tweak and take full advantage of the BSD platform, its seems a great book. For the partially drooling, slack jawed, typical MAC user, it just a something to use a booster seat whilst riding the short bus to the petty zoo.

    It regulates speed, its up to you to steer and stay behind the correct vehicle you wish to chase. I am assuming its not doing this with a fixed point (like a laser) but more of a spectrum scan and all is requried is for the lead vehicle to remain in the field to keep contact and speed. If you suddenly turn off the road and the target is lost, the system would then react as if cruise control was turned off.

    Like most cruise control its designed for slight variations in speed and its not going to lock up your bracks causing pile ups (good lawsuit fodder).
