    Trains, trams and trolleybuses are betteer becausr they can be powered by non-carbon energy.
    Buses and cars have to run on diesel or gasoline, which may be cheaper now than a few years ago (and sourced from withing the country instead of the middle east) but it still contributes to global warming.

    Anyway public transport really only exists in 'the Metro' It is either useless or non-iexistant in small towns that are hundreds of miles from the cities.

    Did you know that a number of countries have claimed part of Antarctica, in fact I don't think there is any part of the land that isn't claimed by someone. These nations include:
    New Zealand
    Australia
    Great Britain
    Norway
    Argentina
    Chile
    France

    However the US does not recognize these claims. I think the main US base dpwn there is in the Ross Dependency (NZ territory) but we let them use it since they fly out of Chch

    a heat seeking anti air missile locks on to the hot exhaust of a jet engine. It needs to fly faster than the target since its coming from behind. A small drone isn't going to be fast enough, even if the plane is landing or taking off.

    I think SF has better weather than Austin (TX) which is too hot in the summer, or Austin (MN) which is too cold in the winter

    well March 21 is the Equinox, so astronomically it should be the middle of spring (in the northern hemisphere.

    Anyway in the few days left of official winter, it couldn't really get cold enough to make up for all the warm days we have had. Especially as all the snow has melted.

    FWIW Tabs Mix Plus also just got updated -when I reset FF after the update installed.
