    however it is warming slightly. In the past couple of days the temperature has risen from 243 to 267 thats a 10% increase

    Long term residence at zero G may be a problem, but we may not need full gravity (9.8m/s2) to be healthy, especially if you don't have to return to earth.
    Lets face it, the first planets we colonise have a reduced gravity ( Mars 3.7m/s2 and Luna only 1.6m/s2)

    Whats so special about 30th anniversary? Is 30 some kind of magic number?

    I believe in western culture that 25th anniversary is a special celebration for married couples, (silver) and also 50th (gold)
    And some cultures have special significance of 15th bithday, and/or 21st birthday

    I bought a "fat Mac" in 1985 (that was the 512K model
    It cost me 10,000 New Zealand dollars (about $4400US at the time)
    But an uncle had died, so I had the money
    It was the worst decision I ever made
    (I had previously had an Apple ][+ which was why I gor the Mac)
    I should of bought Appleshares instead

    Home computer in 1984 was the C64 with 64K of RAM
    The original Mac had 128K

    The C64 had 8 times as many colors though
