How many floors are we talking about? Stairs are fine if there are only 2 or 3 floors (basement, ground floor, and one above that (sometimes called first floor in UK I think) But if you're talking about 10 floors or more then it takes to long to get anywhere

Yup, build the refineries in ND where there is plenty of oiil, and power them with natural gas. Having all our refineries in the gulf, where they will have to shut down every time there is a hurricane (which is happening more frequently with climate change) is stupid.
And also that tar sands oil is not just hydrocarbons, theres other shit in it, remember that pipeline leak in Arkansaw
