I think that 5 FULL TIME MOZILLA developers are enough! There are some Mozilla jobs opening in IBM so this together with open source community makes very strong developer base.
It's really nice. But what does it brings new that we shoudl rewrite 90% of all system tools too use this new features? I find "cp/a/..uid/b/..uid" same as "chmod/a --reference=/b"...
But imagine how cool would be if you can through the Evolution interface give command to SpamAssassin that this message is spam (even if not marked so) and this (even marked as spam) isn't. This would make Bayesian learning much more user friendly.
It depends... if vendor "hides" this into some "expert" options with big red label "This can destroy your data and kill your children" this cannot do any harm except few loosers
BT is great for what is was intended - hands free sets, communication between handy & PDA/notebook (IrDA sucks!). There is no other technology for this - IrDA requires direct visibility and WiFi takes too much power.
Just very short'n'simple - even such a massive accelator and/or collidator doesn't gain so much energy as most of the cosmic radiation rays. So - everything you can simulate there happens every day on the whole planet (but because you can't predict when and where you are unable to study it)
You know - sound and graphic is something COMPLETELY different when we talk about CPU power. Now even standard 1 GHz CPU is powerfull enough to calculate and handle absolutely realistic sound (I don't talk about in/out devices). But near-reality graphic is still a way far.
While games/etc. will become more complex you'll need more and more CPU (not GPU!) power to calculate AI, scene (not render it but dynamically create it in vector source) etc.

Sorry - I meant "/a/..rwx".

And better USB support with easier way for writing drivers for various USB gadgets.
See http://ronja.advel.cz/ - very popular here in Czech rep - 100s pcs up and running 100% OK.
Yeah... something like that...
New /. topic:
Disassembling trojans online
1. Write distributed trojan
2. ???
3. PROFIT!
This REALLY brings Blue Screen Of DEATH to real life ;-)
That's why /. subscription pays out ;-)
Not exacatly. Natural behaviour is that everybody wants everything yesterday and for free.
You are missing the point - the point is if everybody will be copying cars for free, who'll spen lots of $$ for producing them?
Give this man a fish - he has got a point ;-)

Let's play CounterStrike - Reality mode.
SCO reopens German Web site
Yeah - web is still running but I'm unable to find out there anything about SCO Source

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
Who cares? Main point is that MS was f*cked out of the city. (OK - at least a bit of...)
Just plain question - what is intended usage of it?
