  9. There is no Federal statute mandating that a private business, a person or an organization must accept currency or coins as for payment for goods and/or services.
    Barring a state law requiring businesses to accept cash, they are free to implement their own policies.

    This is what the US Treasury states.

    That is utter bullshit. Gun ownership in America is about 30%. And most American's wouldn't stop to help a person who tripped and fell, let alone try and stop a crime.

    You have obviously never had the pleasure of returning several HP laptops and having them lost for months. In fact every HP laptop I have had has had it's mother board replaced at some point.
