    What we didn't massively subsidize our telecoms? Wait we did, we just didn't get anything out of those subsidies. So let's see what would I prefer, better internet due to taxes, or increased CEO pay due to taxes?

    Actually I don;t care whether any of us agree with the statement. It's a moot point since Reid v. Covert, where the Court concluded that U.S. citizens have the same rights against the U.S. government when it acts against them abroad.

    Where do you get this idea?

    Aliens in the U.S. have essentially the same rights as citizens for many purposes because of the 5th and 14th Amendments’ language, but aliens do not have constitutional rights against the U.S. government outside its territory.

    I don't know how many diapers you've changed, but it's not an easily repeatable task. Babies kick and squirm at the most inopportune times. Having a robot (at least with our current tech) perform that task is asking to have a hurt baby if not worse.

    But more importantly, I have seen people who have been shot while wearing armor. No penetration but Bruises and broken ribs are not uncommon.

    I disagree, If they are on US Soil then yes Constitutional protections apply. Why you say, because the Constitution does not define peoples rights, it limits the governments power. Yes it only applies in America but it applies to ALL in America.

    Remember according to our governing philosophy our rights are not granted by the government but are innate.Thus ALL people have them not just American Citizens.
