What we didn't massively subsidize our telecoms? Wait we did, we just didn't get anything out of those subsidies. So let's see what would I prefer, better internet due to taxes, or increased CEO pay due to taxes?
Actually I don;t care whether any of us agree with the statement. It's a moot point since Reid v. Covert, where the Court concluded that U.S. citizens have the same rights against the U.S. government when it acts against them abroad.
>Non-citizens are not protected by the constitution and have no such rights
Where do you get this idea?
Aliens in the U.S. have essentially the same rights as citizens for many purposes because of the 5th and 14th Amendments’ language, but aliens do not have constitutional rights against the U.S. government outside its territory.
I don't know how many diapers you've changed, but it's not an easily repeatable task. Babies kick and squirm at the most inopportune times. Having a robot (at least with our current tech) perform that task is asking to have a hurt baby if not worse.
I find it funny that it seems that most Republicans fall under that title. Maybe because the Far Right aren't the ones that actually get to define what a republican is.
How do you fight for anything. I haven't seen you gun toters out there protecting anything, I see you out there saying having a discussion about gun control being unconstitutional.
Stop acting like you have done ANYTHING heroic in the fights for civil rights of an kind. All our wins have been from NON VIOLENCE.
"The US Constitution, and it's amendments, do not apply to citizens of another sovereign country"
I disagree, If they are on US Soil then yes Constitutional protections apply. Why you say, because the Constitution does not define peoples rights, it limits the governments power. Yes it only applies in America but it applies to ALL in America.
Remember according to our governing philosophy our rights are not granted by the government but are innate. Thus ALL people have them not just American Citizens.
Not at 60ghz it's not.
Yeah, you don't want them to turn blue, blue people are the worst.
What terms of service? Honestly whens the last time you saw terms of service for wireless at a local cafe.
Or you can bring you own internet with you. If you don't like the service they provide for free, then pay for your own.
Yes, because your local coffee shop owner is always going to be well versed in router configuration and network engineering.

your teenager is not dealing with the effects of microgravity.
Screw the 767, Google has a fight jet, or more accurately a Dornier Alpha Jet.
> They have about as much chance of conforming to the stereotypes you describe as feces does of being pink and sparkly.
Ooohh, I had that, it wasn't fun.

I think the real question should be, did specs ever matter to the average smartphone user?
You should tell that to France. Pretty sure they muck around quite a bit with the so called "free market".
So no one ever taught you context?
You do understand that the AMA in this context is the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
Or if you were trying to be funny, well that failed too.
And if you think the NSA is using 90's software only....
The US government can no longer use the surveillance from tracking your phone in court without a warrant.
Their still going to track you.

Well that is socialist, but wasn't that the way it used to be.
Your skull grows hair?
And it hurts like a bitch.
But more importantly, I have seen people who have been shot while wearing armor. No penetration but Bruises and broken ribs are not uncommon.

He did, and he tried, but some ass hats in Congress made it impossible. Please if you gon to cast blame, cast it in the right direction.
Or Valve will commercialize their prototype and drop Oculus support.
Be kinda funny to watch Facebook throw 2 billion away.
