    It wont change anything but the software to spam.
    Think for a second..
    Is apache server limited to one connection ?
    Instead of sending one spam at a time they will send 50 at a time.
    And first you just have to convince everyone running a mail server to switch to a microsoft product.

    Where have you been the last 5 years ?
    Microsoft owns the courts.
    And if they did lose they would sue for all competing browsers to be subject to the same adverse rules as they will be subject to.
    And last but no least if they lost they would just buy the patent for whatever sum of money it takes to buy it.(think 300 million dollars,that would corrupt anyone).

    the only way windows will be free is if they can control every other addon you can possibly imagine.
    Possibly give away a stripped os and force users to buy install credits to install non microsoft software.Or give away with a freely renewable 3 month
    usage and renew for free until.... You absolutly cant possibly live without all the apps you have installed
    and are forced to pay.

    When I was in the cd industry we sold our printed metalized rejects for .10 cents each.
    Im sure the prices are way lower now, but not much work goes into calling the reclaim guy and having him pick up a ton or 2 of cd's.
    Easy money for them.

    If you can find a local rock club many times they have classes that you are able to learn the art of faceting. Pick out a rough stone and cut one yourself your wife will be estatic that you perform this "Labour of love" and didnt just go and buy one.
    I am an amuater stone cutter and when my wife and i bought a large helidor stone for 55 dollars for the purpose of cutting a wedding type ring we couldnt hope the results where as great as they where. Only problem is she never wears the ring as she values it more than anything else she owns. When the actual value is about $400.
