They're up there because they're trying to be a patent troll themselves. The patents they're suing Google over could be applied to any modern language, not just Java; Oracle is just that kind of company too. Plus, they're probably the worst offender of vertical lock-in out there outside of SAP (who should probably be in my list at number 5). Oracle is also beating up on OpenOffice, Java, MySQL, and if you've ever worked with any of their products (ADF and JDeveloper I hate you) and the consultant army required to use their stuff, you'd hate them too:P
I actually think Apple is on the verge of bumping MS out for my #2 spot as they continue to grow and Jobs becomes more self-absorbed. Though just when I think that, I have to deal with.docx or Exchange and they re-solidify their list placement.
I haven't seen Verizon do that in years... They seemed to have learned their lesson from all the backlash. My LG VX8600 has pretty much full bluetooth support for just about everything (obex, a2dp, dun, headset, etc).
I'm guessing they're only dropping the new IM API that nothing else supports yet anyway.
That said, 1600 pounds of deadweight mass dampers is a piss-poor engineering solution. But that's what you get when you have a politically-dictated design that's being rushed out the door; shit gets kludged together to make it work now instead of doing it right to begin with.
So it's becoming just like the Space Shuttle program! Cool!
Does it support minimo like my N800? They both use ARM processors...
Btw, does the included browser support plugins? I have the minimo Flash plugin for ARM from the N800 and if that would work on Freerunner, I'd buy it tomorrow.
These are the things I'm under the impression that the Neo phone will support that the iPhone does not have: A2DP (Bluetooth Stereo) MMS Replaceable Battery Expandable Flash Memory Cut and Paste Voice Dialing Bluetooth Tether / Modem support Flash Support
There's always going to be interference, but wholesale monopolizing of every chunk of the spectrum is not the solution. There are tech solutions to mitigate the problems instead of empowering a select few behemoth companies to control all.
Instead of giving away huge chunks of the airwaves to the highest bidder, just enforce non-interfering communication methods like requiring unique codes for transmissions so your transceivers only care about others with the same codes.
Time for me to break out the ancient VBScript skills and write a util for all those Admins out there looking for a way!
Really guys? Change the picturepush urls from www2 and www4 to just www and avoid killing two of their servers.

I also wonder if this would help stop the spread of Tin Whiskers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whisker_(metallurgy)
Your father wanted you to have this watch.
And don't forget A2DP

No... it goes like this:
1. Serve the public
2. Protect the innocent
3. Uphold the law
4. ???
5. Profit!!
I can confirm that.

Not a bad idea... It would at least get you through the automated word-check filters HR loves to use.

There you go assuming that we have a private system in the US. We have a quasi-socialized & monopolized system here.
See: Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs
Oblig: How are they going to deal with the poisonous gas?

A musket isn't as useful or respectable when everyone else has M1A2s though.
Which is fine by me, because now we have a real open working standard called "OpenId" getting more popular and not controlled by one company.
Wow, stupid much?
Since when does the ADA apply to private websites?
If you're looking for a quiet airplane to sight-see, I wouldn't recommend the fastest jet fighter you could could buy.
Youtube doesn't seem too easy to make work for the blind... Where would such a law stop? Or do we all have to do without Youtube?.
You got that wrong:
Better to die drunk, than live sober.
