just keep it up. gimmie gimmie gimmie. I don't know about you guys, but I will just stop buying from a label who acts like this. But just keep it up and make sure -everyone- hates you.
If nothing conforms to the standard, it doesn't mean the equipment is bad, it means the standard is bad. It's just like making the video games that require newer faster video cards. God forbid they should actually just program better...
Let me tell you about another group of vigilantes... They thought the British rule was oppressive, they wouldn't stand for taxation without representation, and they fought back as well!
This goes back to my theory that the only way to curb spam is through violence. passive resistance is not an option. If I met someone, say, in a supermarket who was a spammer, I would haul off and deck them. I would beat their ass 6-ways-from-sunday (and as my mother would say) in front of god and everybody. It would be a merciless ass-beating and when the police came, they would pull me off and say "What's all this about?" I would tell them "This, sir, is the guy who sends you and your children all the spam in your email box." to which they would respond... "as you were then, sir!"
most of us mac whores who can crash osx tend to wear that fact like a badge. I did it the other day, it was awesome. I stood up and declared myself the winner.
in Eugene. The movie was bad. I didn't enjoy it. That said, I think the best part was whenever JarJar showed up, MC would clap, and when people groaned at the horrible dialogue, he stood up and shouted "shut up, it's serious". my major problems are as follows: 1. chewbacca becomes aligned with the rebellion. Umm, last I checked, he was a smuggler with Han, no attachment to the rebellion until they got in with Like and Obi. 2. how did they manage to make a woman as beautiful as Natalie Portman look so bad? 3. hayden christianson. how would the movie have been different if the part was played by Andy Dick?
From where does the MPAA derive their authority? If they are allowed to make themselves protector of all filmed media, what's next? Do they get to be stewards of digital media? To allow the MPAA to exercise this kind of artifical authority is to hand over control of everything, potentially, to whomever demands control of it.
hell yeah, more power to you. lets show them why they shouldn't ever try and make a business model succeed! Lets show them that all digital users reject the idea of obeying any kind of license. woooo!
that's sarcasm by the way. If you want to ruin the party, do it in your own back yard, not ours. (the people who actually pay for songs / respect the fact that they are -allowing us- to participate in this, and that its not some diety-given right to get music a la carte.
someone still gives a crap about windows. that's adorable. no really. we're happy for you. seriously. and in 2 years (maybe?) you can tell us how it all worked out for you. Supposing your system doesnt get owned by the time you finish installing the os.
I don't know though... Every janitor that i've ever known has been married / had a significant other. Can't say the same for IT staff... and who says the bad guys would bribe with money anyway?
A case of jolt cola, a couple of pr0n dvds... the whole data center can be yours.
I know this seems a bit off track here, but I live in Oregon, and have already sent in my ballot. So my political season is all but entirely done. The big problem I'm having with the President issue is trying to go to the concert.
Yes, they have reformed the Presidents of the United States of America, and they are touring again. 2 Nights in Portland no less. Yet I go to get my tickets, and there's $5 service charge PLUS they want another $2.50 to LET me print out the tickets myself. Sorry for the rant, but damn, As someone who doens't make minimum wage, paying an extra $20 for 3 tickets is kind of a bitch.
What does this have to do with the topic? Nothing really. They have the name in common i guess. But at least the concert knows no partisan boundries. I'm a moderate democrat, my brother is a super-conservative republican, and we're going with his friend that doesn't vote.
Why am I still typing this? Im THAT bored. Nothing to do here at work but try and order tickets for concerts...
It starts getting all angry, and going "I hate you mom and dad". Next thing you know, it's going to have a Live Journal and spend the whole day listening to Linkin Park in the garage. Great. Just what we need.
At least Mac OS can vote. Next year, i'm taking it out to a bar!
Do you people seriously pay that much for electricity?
In Springfield, OR where I live, it's 4.6 cents per kwh
A few reasons why I don't give a crap about the specs:
Pikmin
Monkey Ball
Legend of Zelda
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Just because the graphics aren't the most optomized to play the latest disposable first-person-shooter, doesn't mean it's inferior.

it may be time to start killing these people off.
you greedy greedy greedy sons of bitches. Pay attention, THIS is why we hate you.

if you steal a car in the middle of the night, it's harder for the car lot security to catch you.
It really seems to me that this is based on what a lot of consumers consider their "right to steal".
not cool.
Apple told me to like Blu-Ray. So I do.
*looks shamefully down*
