    Failing to have a clear contract, means that the one buying, may not be getting what they think. But equally true, is that the seller may be giving up more than they think.

    There are basic principles here. And that is "work for hire".

    The conflicting stuff, is development of "skills", competition, and squelching a persons ability to make a living.

    Fundamentally, one should see a lawyer about this, these two sentences should keep you google happy long enough to grasp the things that you should expect from your lawyer.

    The grid is not an abstraction layer, it is friction to the system. 7.2% loss just to transmission. The second problem is one of amount of electricity. The grid is limited in the amount of electricity that can be held.

    Something like this, allows expansion by moving generation closer to the consumer. A quieter and smaller alternative to turbines. Moving them even closer, into the house, can represent the quietest and most reliable version, using already existing natural gas distribution.

    Not everywhere, but as you de-grid some, it releases the grid for other growth, and that growth == improved standard of living and wealth for the local populace.

    But we need all the entrepreneurs we can get. If women, who as you recall make up half the population, can't get a fair shake at starting high-tech firms poised for fast growth and export-base sales. we're doing the economy a disservice.

    Because we are not spending all the money? This is a crap statement, we would not be spending any more money here. The vast majority of companies that seek VC do not get VC. VC's really aren't leaving a ton of money on the table.

    It is a VERY hard game to break into, because it is the nature of the game. There really isn't a magic spigot of money, where if you know the right words you get access. You have to work very very hard to get vc money.

    (This is different than other sources of business money, and by far most businesses are funded by friends and family).

    Look, it was a swing, and a miss. If it is about content consumption, it must, 100% must, have flash.

    If it is about content creation, it needs WAY better input and manipulation tools.

    I guess this is for my friends who always by BIG laptops, I have always bought small laptops.

    Paypal and any other donation service needs to be used as a conduit only. Only enough money needs to be kept in the conduit to keep it active.

    All other moneys are swept daily. And placed in normal operations, excess moneys need to be dealt with in order to help defeat single bank actions. Preferably under whatever shells you need..

    If you are at all political, multiple conduits need to have already been investigated, and ready to be set-up in a single days notice.

    Merchant accounts are NOT that expensive.

    They are in talks to change the laws in Iceland. Surely they have somebody bright enough to come up with a way not to get fucked over by paypal again. They should simply not have access to enough cash to take you down.

    SHAME!

    Diesel is NOT more efficient than gasoline. Diesel has more energy per gallon than gasoline, and it takes more barrels of OIL to make a gallon of diesel.

    The gasoline engine in here, is very efficient and particularly well suited to the job it is t do.

    There is a ton of code in both the Iphone OS and the browser to improve click "quality" of links and buttons and stuff in the product.

    They do this, because this is NOT a stylus product, but a product used with fingers. There is even code, that takes account of the consistent errors that YOU, the registered user, make.

    They may or may not do this in android.

    But at the end of the day, this is not anywhere near the test, nor the conclusions you should be drawing from the test.

    LIthium is the second most common element in nature. And while there is a problem with air contact with Lithium, you are not going to kill all the earthworms with this.

    No, diesel fuel rocks. The reason you get more mileage from them, is that there is more energy released from the fuel.

    Do you know that you get almost half as much diesel as you do from regular fuel. And that you get more mileage from a barrel of oil from gasoline rather than diesel?

    Nah, probably not.
