    arm and train the guys think of it as an extended recruiting effort. The trick is give them access to LEGAL stuff and you will shirnk the market for the illegal stuff. Pick Gangs that are more or less doing what "we" want them to and things should sort out.

    the problems are

    1 "low cost housing" is also located way the frack away from any jobs worth having
    2 welfare is designed to ensure you can't do legit work (save money to get OFF welfare) and keep your benefits
    3 most jobs programs are either ineffective or amount to FOAD GHETTO PUNK
    4 Education for low income families SUCKS (bad end of Public School )

    heck i would think that if a reasonably decent gang was operating in an area the Police should HIRE THEM (and in a limited way arm them). ---- this makes the gangs part of the solution not part of the problem

    actually this kind of thing can be put up by a group of N-M people (where N is the capacity of said hut) within a few hours.

    the biggest problem is i can see a bunch of problems with not being able to OPT OUT

    1 folks with bone/teeth problems being put in agonizing pain
    2 what if somebody does not want the distraction (because they need to grab a couple minutes of sleep because they are currently 9 hours short on sleep)
    3 folks that are already unstable being proved RIGHT (there are Voices In My Head!!!)
    4 somebody hacking the feed to do X (from subliminal programing to triggering seizures or worse)
    5 THEM using the feed to pass messages
    6 kids getting ads for Adult Products

    i think i could go on but...

    most likely the thing to do that would be closest to sane is

    1 sort out which of these rotten eggs is in the worst shape (aged out or otherwise gone funky)
    2 decommission those as required
    3 DO NOT REPLACE THEM
    4 repeat every year as needed
    5 PEACE Profit!!

    as long as MAD is still on the table then anything "extra" is not needed

    In fact it should be LAW that as part of this you as an employer have an agreement with a designated bank to provide no fee checking (when you open the account as part of a Direct Deposit setup).

    the "paperwork" for setting up direct deposit should be as simple as

    Oggs Name : Oggs number with War Council (to make sure the right Ogg get dah moneys)
    Oggs Bank Name: Oggs Bank account number : how much of Oggs pay goes here ....
    Oggs Bank Name: Oggs Checking Account Number : whats left of Oggs check goes here

    we are looking at a couple things

    1 a School claiming copyrights on a teachers work (possibly preventing said teacher from posting the course on a free site)

    2 folks wanting to get courses for free (maybe so that they know the material before doing the course for credit/paid??)

    what i would do as a teacher is make sure that the vids/materials have several logos through out the course.

    I think that the biggest (and possibly hardest) link in the chain will be creating and artificial Creche that can bring a child to term safely.

    right now we have very talented (and intelligent) women not giving birth due to not wanting to deal with the problems of being pregnant.

    (of course if somebody gets one going we most likely will find out that the kids turn out to be "Joker looks like Mr Rogers" crazy)

    easy way for you to make a 90 degree angle.

    1 get a rope make it into a circle and mark it into 12 even units
    2 plant a peg where you want the 90 degree angle to be
    3 run the line along where you want one of the walls to be and stop at 3 units and plant a second peg
    4 run the line out to 8 units and then plant your third peg (there are 5 units between peg 2 and 3)
    5 there will be 4 units left.

    not if you have a CHECKED FIREARM if you do then the TSA luggage check is done by senior agents.

    Now the TSA PASSENGER check is a different matter.

    and btw it is Federal LAW that the luggage be properly locked if it has a Firearm.
