    an "easy" way to fix this is

    1 Allow businesses to "sponsor" schools (say from 7th grade and up)
    2 Disallow h1b visas for businesses that have not sponsored schools (you didn't help train any workers you don't get to import them instead)
    3 Any h1b visa holder that gets fired for anything that is not Criminal is to be referred to compatible businesses for hire (and gets fast tracked for citizenship)
    4 the payroll taxes for an h1b should be increased and the extra funneled into Local Education
    5 There should be measures taken to ensure that the businesses are actually helping the schools (if Pepsi sponsors a school then audits should be done to ensure Decent Food is served)

    and besides actually jamming RF inside a theater is not needed all you would need is to have nice sturdy walls (with rebar) covered in some groovy gilded flocked/velvet wall paper and you are sorted.

    have some way of paging folks as neeed (and for folks to page staff) and everybody is happy.

    all it would take is for the laws to be written so that

    "In the cases where the driver of the vehicle can not be identified the registered owner of the vehicle shall be charged with the infraction unless it can be shown that the owner had no knowledge of the vehicle being operated or being made available for use."

    so in short unless you have your car being stolen you get the ticket.

    to give some scale to this 100 skus may be oh 3 of the parts drawers in fact i think almost all of the 27? series has at least 100 skus the 15 series PARTS are more than that (same for the 42 series cables)

    please note you said ORIGINAL plug the current Plug was created when Jobs got pissed that the prongs could fall off. He basically told the engineers to MAKE PROBLEMS NOT HAPPEN EVER.

    so the first 30ish picoseconds of Time can only be dealt with as Logic Not Science.

    critters can Adapt but you can't/don't have any proof of a Critter becoming a different type of critter.

    this would be similar to a tornado splattering an automotive junk yard and leaving behind a LearJet.

    oh and ICR and AIG both have collections of articles where Simple Things ARE NOT ACTUALLY SIMPLE.

    but back to the subject it would be nice if we had a Common Reference Platform where we could have a base (shell , core bits, CPU and the slots and Bays) and then be able to select different parts [screens with WI?, Touch , Cell ,Glossy/Matte Cam.Mic ect] or even Upgrade them later.

    plus with metadata crimes who you said something to can get you in an interrogation room (assumes you don't get shot while resisting arrest).

    the deal would be under this system you would not "need" malpractice insurance (or it would have Sane Pricing).

    its basically driving Primum Non Nocere into a doctors head with a 4X6 (crucifix sized Nails Optional)

    of course you could also have a third party run a listing of how many "errors" doctors have made.

    To be fair with this list show the National Average Local Average also.

    of course any fines should be split 85%+ to the "victim" and the balance to The State.

    the big problem is they could hide a clause that requires you to maintain an internet connection so that the (hidden) cameras installed in the bedrooms can be accessed by the seller.

    what needs to happen comes from 2 different angles

    1 H1B and fraud: a company posts massively exaggerated requirements (10 years experience in Windows 7 Server and 25 years in Java) and then after they can't hire a Local person they grab an H1B to do the job (but with far lower requirements)

    2 Outsourcing: jobs get shipped to %cheapest country% just because its cheaper (with a lowering of quality)

    So what needs to be done is

    1 if you get an H1B it is required you be paid LOCAL MARKET WAGES for what your job is (and if what you do is different from what your title is then your tasks set your wage)

    2 if you Fire an H1B then
            A You Forfeit the "slot" for the next 8 years and you must allow the person to seek a replacement job
            B you also must keep paying the person for say 6 months while a new job is being found

    3 The Employ Local Tax credit: If you as a business employ 70% or greater local employees you get a credit on your payroll taxes (or a fine for having more than 30% of your employees "overseas")

    please note i would allow FooCorp %Country% to be considered separate as long as there is a complete company present in %Country%

    If you are a LEO and you have a judge that more or less likes you you could call said judge up AT HOME and say " sorry to bother you Sir but i have Bob coming over with a warrant you need to sign...."

    with a decent E-Warrant system you wouldn't even need to have Bob go over for the sig.
