    Then seeing what you can get from your immediate neighbors??

    even if your neighbors don't have a lot of CASH to pay with you still could get payment in %other stuff% as long as you have enough actual cash to pay your bills with (i would say a freezer full of Critter would be good payment for a few months of net access).

    but yes it would be a very good idea to have a lawyer involved with this just to keep the various Wolves in line.

    an easy fix is to set things to GROSS income that is the company took in XBillion dollars in total (before any corrections) so That number is what you set the fines to.

    I would say that when it comes down to it a Doctor saying "Okay ive consulted with 4 of the best folks in this specialty and we came up with this treatment that has a 10% chance of working but a 40% chance of you not surviving the treatment how do you want to proceed???" should include a Waiver of Liability.

    In these cases First Do No Harm should include the fact that stretching Life out that is only Technically Life is HARM.

    And this is of course why consulting with Dr Daniels is very popular with Cancer and Pediatrics Doctors/Nurses

    1 be required to release funds by Court Order

    or

    2 be prosecuted under RICO laws (and any other banking fraud regs)

    i wouldn't require them to hold to the entire stack of regs that a full Bank would but holding Millions of Dollars in funds for %random_reason% needs to stop NOW.

    i think for this a 10 key pad (maybe with a row of "extra" buttons) would be a better idea since these devices tend to be used in meds that may not have enough "slop" to handle being set WRONG.

    the problem is that Power Point Bullets do not have a large enough Caliber (or the person doing the Power Point was not threatened with Bullets of a large enough Caliber)

    the best way to prevent the PPE is to act as if you need to travel by Air with actual Bullets (and a matching FireArm of course)

    1 DO NOT JUST READ THE SLIDES
    2 have roughly an index card worth of info on each slide (not counting what you are just stating)
    3 don't get "cute" with your transitions/embedded media
    4 limit yourself to maybe a dozen slides (not counting "Blank" slides for Videos but limit those)
    5 include any "reference" documents (or tools mentioned) as part of the Notes/Take Away packet
    6 Do not read Urls below top domain level (include with Notes)
    7 DO NOT JUST READ THE SLIDES
    8 any screen shots should be cropped for the screen being used (if you run with a 2096X screen then crop to say 800X600 if you are going to use a "normal" screen for your Presentation
    9 have a 97 excel version of your Presentation and or a flashkey with Libre Office "just in case"

    Lord yes even if you do a series of color dots or something make sure you know which powerpoint goes to which breaker.

    oh btw a bit of a tip when you have GFI outlets if one "pops" then the everything down circuit goes also so you may want to map the order of your outlets (ie on branch 14 its North Side of %room% run clockwise then North of %nextroom% ...)

    some folks may decide to pay the tax bill on a CC and or they used it to pay for the tax prep (plus they may also have actual bank account numbers for DD of a refund).

    Increase the amount of Payroll taxes charged to non-citizens (and include the Employer Portion with this) of course you will need to ramp up the numbers over say 5 years but your EndGame is

    15% of workforce Non-Citizens= 130% of Base Values
    17% = 140%
    19% =150%
    21% = 175%
    22+= 180% + 2% for every percent above 22

    this will have 2 benefits

    1 this will raise Massive Amounts of Money
    2 Companies will get very creative in employing LOCAL folks
