    What should happen is the Juvie system should be rigged to 1 show the punklings how to be Useful 2 make sure that the Violent But Stable Punklings get into the Military (you think its cool to run about shooting things fine heres your P90 shoot THEM not US).

    so you get a Punkling with 5 charges of Assault ship him off to Mini-Boot and get him trained proper (of course if he doesn't learn R E S P E C T then the DIs will eat him alive).

    While in the normal cases you need that Sealed Juvie Record sometimes you need to flip to Trial As An Adult.

    You cut the real tag off and replace it with a known destroyed tag (that they don't have records on)
    plus you would have to work with "damaged" vin tags and a whole lot of other "mess".

    scrapping the engine is the best way (and leaves the rest of the car for the parts market)

By the time an ambulance arrives it is far too late. It's $800 well spent if it even gives me a 1% chance of not dying. Skip this if your work doesn't involve much line-voltage or higher."

    and don't forget you might want to have a Lab Partner/Minion handy to use said AED or otherwise serve as a spotter.

    1 i would say have at least 3 power circuits in the room A lighting circuit B Main Power C Secondary or High Power (give you 220 if you are in the US)

    2 Lighting Lots and Lots Of Lighting (and please use stuff that isn't RF "noisy" so you can scope stuff properly)

    3 ground the floor (if you have a basement type lab and the decor can work with it have several points with grounded metal in the floor)

    4 2 exits (even if one of them is a big window)

    5 Fire Extinguishers using the 10 second rule (make sure you are within 10 seconds of a FE at any given time)

    6 2 sinks and a Loo

    7 Storage lots and lots of Storage

    8 a Phone (even if its a base for a cordless)

    9 Emergency Party/Panic Buttons

    Most likely he was smart enough to give good advice and also smart enough to know that HE HIMSELF having children was not the "logical" thing to do. Some folks either forgo having kids or end up consulting with Dr Daniels late at night. Wanna bet he actually watched a bunch of kids in his time??

    1 outside wear those "screen friendly" gloves whenever you can
    2 inside get your hands on one of those stylus things (hopefully you don't have to use multifinger gestures too much)
    3 have a small squirt bottle* and wipes on your desk ("encourage" your fellow Critters to clean their hands before getting close to your monitor)

    * please note i would suggest that said bottle have screen cleaner or hand cleaner in it but ...

    im not sure if the "kill-bit" was never used or got "broken" but the problem is that this seed CAN BE PLANTED and PRODUCES FERTILE SEED.

    so you can have an RR crop five miles down the road blow pollen into YOUR very carefully CERTIFIED ORGANIC/NONGMO crop and then your entire field is ruined.

    2 make the sat just bulky enough to do the job (like one of those drink pouches only with more gizmos)

    3 set things up so that your target junk hits the sat on the way down

    4 put a sign on the side "free junk and wait for a "purple neck" alien to grab it

    this may be considered a "non-problem" since the gas cloud might add 00.003% to the drag in orbit but it would be a lot easier on the stuff we WANT in orbit as apposed to several kilos/tons of random Hard Objects. (hmm bonus idea use a gas that will explode or otherwise create a "shockwave")

    yeah having a wardrobe that all works together (bonus points if you have somebody with Color Sense set things up for you) prevents looking more ridiculous than you have to.

    part of the trick of not panicking is to "predecide" things as much as possible.

    Since folks have to actually change a setting to enable tracking then it solves a serious problem.

    With DNT = Disabled by default you could possibly forget to set it to Enabled and then go surfing.
    You visit several sites (and they track you AND RECORD DNT = DISABLED) if you later Enable DNT then if they don't even look how is that handled??

    1 They get a "pass" and can track you wherever (oh btw they are part of a network so several hundred sites are now tracking you)
    2 they have to destroy the existing data and stop tracking you
    3 they just stop tracking you and keep the data

    If i was an ad network operator i would try to get built a virus/worm/whatever that targets the browser settings and scrambles them (forcing a reset from factory).

    allow the day to day stuff (not the Reports) be private on an ongoing project but have it accessible after the project (or for more long term projects after say 120 days).

    Now it should also be a given that %stupid statement% should be thrown out of any court proceedings IF THAT IS THE ONLY EVIDENCE OF WRONGDOING. This is to prevent something said on hour 30 (without any sleep) from hanging a scientist.

    and of course anything that is obviously Personal should be redacted from The Public Record (do i really need to know that somebody likes vegetarian pizza or some other similar Horror??)
