    the led on the charger is to show you have it in a "valid" outlet so if it does not light up then you need to look at what you are plugged into.

    as it it defined Watts = Voltage Times Amperage so a bulb running on 220 will take half the amperage of a bulb running on 110 (and produce the same amount of light)

    Now this does assume that we are talking about the same Type of bulb so there is a difference between an old Glass Ball type bulb and one of those new fancy "twisty straw" type bulbs (and those little 'ricegrain" things are right out)

    well in the case of an HP product (and personally i would use MSIE for this) there should be some sort of Plugin that hooks into the HP setup/Assistant that says Hey HP Website Im an HP Mini 110-3030nr with serial number [redacted] whatcha got for me??

    and if they did the plugin right then it should also hook into FireFox/ Chrome/ Opera/Opra/Whatever.

    its not like there aren't 80,000 different ways for %OEM% to have their product id to their website.

    heck i would not be surprised if the Browser in Cars nowadays sends the cars VIN to the %OEM% website when the Passenger (we hope not the Driver) hits it.

    Please for the love of all thats Holy make sure you maximize how "happy' the kid is.

    1 dress the kid in clothes for Comfort Not Fashion
    2 sort out enough "snax" to keep the kid fed
    3 make sure you have enough changes for the kid (and please get a bag from the Staff to dispose of the "spent" changes)
    4 invest in an airline capable power cable and earphones for the kids media device (have they started providing USB power ports in seats yet??
    5 have a couple doses of any meds the kid is taking (allergy meds cough drops ect)

    what i don't want to hear is that a Pilot 1 Got a High Score in Angry Birds 2 "landed" a Plane in a Mountain

    oh and for those that say "But I have an IPod Pico so why should i have to turn it off" i give you a lesson in basic Physics

    Mass Times Acceleration = Force so even 2.31 grams flying about the cabin (at 45meters per second) can hurt somebody

    (and btw im all for a Pilot having an iFly (Commercial Pilot edition) Ap installed just stay away from Angry Birds while In Flight)

    on 1 Flashdrives are too small for this (quick find me a flashdrive in the Terabyte range that would not cost more than the computer)

      2 is more to provide a way to A sell more stuff B ensure that this stuff is Updated Properly

    3 sure if the manual is not in some TOP SECRET BURN BEFORE READING area

    4 actually i would not mind if MSIE had those bits installed since i don't use MSIE on day to day basis

    1 design the system with a smallish second harddrive that can be removed (move the recovery thing to this device)
        A sell a number of drives that can fit that slot 500 gig ,1 t, 2 t, 3t (with and without the recovery partion)
        B setup this drive to be used as a backup

    2 move the value add programs to some sort of "ap store"

    3 have the parts manual on the backup drive

    4 MAKE SURE YOUR STORE WEBSITE CAN RECOGNIZE A LOGIN FROM YOUR COMPUTER : if i hit the HP store website it should automatically know that i am using an HP product and give me options that are compatible with that system.

    a couple ways this works

    1 the public folder: you can send a link to a file in your dropbox to anybody
    2 if both of "us" have dropbox accounts then i can share a folder to you and anything i put in you get and anything you put i i get (i think editing files is a bit wonky but...)

    a few reasons you may not be seeing a login

    1 you have a SAVED login

    2 you are connected via a portal that has a site login

    3 you installed a plugin that bypasses the NYC login (by providing a login)

    Unless you are taking more time than alloted to eat your lunch WTF does "eating to much lunch" mean???

    An easy way to get around that it to state that
    1 the bag has more than one meals food in it
    2 you need to have a baseline amount of food in you to prevent you from SNAPPING AND THEN CAUSING MASSIVE PROPERTY DAMAGE (like defenestrating managers)

    this really works if you are physically larger than your manager

    As this is the Marine Corps Motto if you say this in say a tavern you will most likely hear Ho-Ah! from a number of folks (marines tend to run in groups).

    Also if you forget a marines birthday then you can always use November 10 as a "fallback" since that is the Marine Birthday (bonus note do not "crash' those parties since multiple folks WILL BE ARMED).

    You should not be able to sue for a bug that only happens with data out of normal range between 22:00 and 23:45 during a full moon with Venus in ascension when the system is set to Cherokee Language with german numbering (or something similar).

    But if somebody codes something so that it falls over with Normal Data (or in a way that a first year programming student wouldn't try to turn in STONED) then that should be sueable.

    in the window case if the window was sold with a flaw that you could just push on the window to pop it out especially if it was SOLD AS A SECURE WINDOW then yes you should be able to sue.

    the big problem is since the arbitration company is paid for by the company they will automatically be biased in favor of KEEPING THE CONTRACT.

    so yes you could in theory sue over the arbitration not being fair but you agreed that the arbitration was BINDING.

    about the only nifty thing in Win8 it that they are now supporting rightclick mount of ISO/VHD files
    is there a freeware utility that can add this to Win7??
