    Okay im going to assume this is in jobs where you are not being paid hourly (since the Wolves at the DOL find extra hours without extra pay "interesting")

    1 are companies actually paying for the extra "on call" time?

    2 do they also realize that your response time may be impaired if you can't stop and sit down to do X?

    3 are they just using this to comp for "dead times"?

    then the FDA needs to sign off on these aps according to the level of Possible Harm (so iSurgeon would need to have all 9s and 10s)

    Somebody needs to start running these meetings according to Roberts Rules Of Order (and then SHOOT anyone breaking protocol).

    i am of similar stance with some edits

    1 Rape : i would prefer that the child be adopted using WitSec Protocols but...
    2 Risk to the Mother: this should be a last resort The Doctor made a mistake/just did not have the skills thing (is the mother going to die RIGHT NOW?)
    4Incest: this speaks to risk to mother
    5 Deformity: This is one of those The Doctor needs to Bet His license things

    On the Flip side of this i am all in favor of

    1 better creche tech (Medco creates a creche that can support a -6 months baby then they can have a whole new CLASS of patents)

    2 Rape/Incest should be a Capital Crime (with special circs)

    different sizes of bullets can be used in different sized firearms.

    a smaller round could "bounce" if somebody is wearing a heavy jacket but something like a 7.62 X 51 mm NATO round might even get past some low end body armour.

    well as long as Geico is taking payment for your auto insurance then yes it is no big deal to you or them.

    in your case you make a call to the little lizard and he has to explain that yes this is a covered car and they just mangled the papers in their case they file a form for "improperly impounded vehicle" or "temporary loss of vehicle" and sort it out later.
