    You are reading that we are talking about DC voltages which by definition are world wide.
    all it would take is a couple extra parts to flip either 220 to 110 or 110 to 220 and then send it down to the rectifier bridge a couple resistors and a cap later and you have world wide 5? volts.

    You do know that Google really does not NEED for you to display your real name since THEY ALREADY KNOW YOUR REAL NAME (assuming your G+ account is correct). Im thinking this is more about enabling folks to google %John Doe% and see everything you have posted (assuming that there are small number of John Does online).

    you could post somewhere even under a Nym that "I am going to Blow up %location% sometime next week" and i would bet that THIS WEEK you will have a No-Knock Entry at your house.

    Back in my Tandy days it was always fun to help somebody with hearing aid batteries.
    the "correct" way to change the batteries

    1 have the person hand you an old pack (you need this for the color/size)
    2 grab the pack of batteries and pop 1 out
    3 have them take the hearing aid out and pop open the battery compartment
    4 check to make sure you have the correct battery
    5 remove the tab from the battery and spend 30 seconds marveling at the engineering that went into the battery*
    6 install the new battery (it should only fit one way)
    7 close the compartment and hand the hearing aid back (give it a swipe with a cleaning towel if you want to go that far)
    8 ring up the battery

    Then you have a happy customer

    * actually this is to make sure the Zinc Air cell lights up completely

    trying to sell batteries to somebody that can't hear worth [redacted] is not fun.

    err you do know they have COURT DOCUMENTS (copies of the stuff filed with the court in the various cases).
    like i said they have a bunch of Connect the Dots stuff not any actual court proof.

    Okay so one of the theaters got shot up by an unnamed WhackADoodle killing 12 and wounding 50 (some of whom may be dead later). Life Must Go On (for those that survived).

    If we downplay His Name (focus on his victims and the recovery of the wounded sure) then the next guy might not think this is a good idea.

    is there any kind of self booting (and updated) "fix" disc that does not require paying for %security_product%??

    My "dream" setup
    0 Windows install set (unkeyed just the files and setup)
    1 Windows Patch Loader (similar to WSUSOffline)
    2 Applications Loader (like Ninite)
    3 a Strong and Fast Anti-[redacted]ware program
    4 a decent backup program (grabs the files and maybe settings)

    even if you had to provide parts (to prove you had a proper license) being able to make the disc would help a lot

    a number of amendments are of the form "section X paragraph Y shall be changed to read...." since they are to be considered Patches to the Constitution. So Yes the SCOTUS does rule on the Bill of Rights. (trying to stick an unneeded "original" in does nothing since the SCOTUS must rule on the Constitution AS CURRENTLY AMENDED.

    1 i would like to go to a single site plug in my address and then see a set of offers for what is available AT MY HOUSE
    2 i want to see the following info
    A monthly billed cost
    B speed being paid for
    C number of folks on "my switch"
    D most likely traceroute path to a Tier 1 Provider (with average lag time)
    E Which Protocols they either Block or "Shape"
    3 at any time if the connection goes down (not my equipments fault) for more than 10 days in a month then i should not have to pay for that month.

    and thats why you need to have a good pair of pliers and a decent sharp bladed boxcutter to deal with such things

    wireties=use the pliers
    tape= use the boxcutter
    plastic widgets= use the box cutter

    a good pair of pliers a box cutter and a like 20 dollar set of bits (with driver) can get you a long way

    there are now some very effective FREE methods to clean a PC (Windows Defender Offline is one of them)

    and with WSUSoffline and Ninite even doing a Nuke And Pave is relatively easy.

    1 the average teachers pay will go DOWN (or not increase with inflation)
    2 its possible that some teachers will (via admins) bribe their way onto this program
    3 if you can't control the students then you are sunk
    4 will this also include a mandate to actually EDUCATE the students or will this be another Teach The Test and 70% Of Our Students are above Average!! (even if you just look at our school(s))

    what is being lost in the dust is

    He agreed to create a song FOR A LIMITED DISTRIBUTION and they then used his song for a wider distribution.

    if you rent a car FOR IN TOWN USE and then drive that car to Alaska (and back) expect to see a rather large bill when you bring that car back (assuming you don't have to tow it back).

    in this case being fined for 150% of the correct scope of distribution is correct

    one might assume that as a manager they have set your salary to actually pay for the "extra" time you put in or that you delegate some stuff down (or should be). now if you are being required to put in 90 hours a week (does your actual WALL time cause you to be paid less than your people??) then i would say you need to object.

    i have next to me a set of "security" bits from Harbor Freight Tools that set me back ten bucks all it is missing is the iStar bits so NO GLUE is good enough (philips heads strip too easily).
