    in six states you do have to link up with a "normal" school to get your curriculum certified but its guaranteed by the Constitution due to religious reasons. And trying to get a law passed to make it otherwise will get a Policritter a visit by Mr Smith http://www.hslda.org/speakers/speaker.asp?s=1 and he has taken cases to SCOTUS and won.

    We already have a structure in place for law enforcement across borders we just need for them to have the tools they need to work in "cyberspace"

    I just wonder why Interpol does not have
    1 a facebook group
    2 a set of twitter accounts
    3 a region in SecondLife

    im sure that the companies involved would be more than happy to certify that these accounts are actually held by the REAL agents.

    its all in making sure that the data can be proven to be forensically valid.

    that and getting 2 Catholic Priests 2 Protestant Ministers
    2 Rabbis 2 Muslim Iams? and 2 Wiccans in a room that won't fight is a bit hard to do.

    they not only have to plug all the data in from all the sensors they have to be able to prove somebody didn't find the recorder mess with it and then dump it back on the ocean.

    My barber came from england hes a bit odd, last name Todd used to live on fleet street very particular about his tools but does give a nice shave.

    because you have to have a pool of more than 5 lawyers to even get in the door to ask for the paper work to ask for a slice of that pie.

    2 reasons they did not bother to capture him and put him on trial

    1 massive security risk in doing the trial (what if he breaks out or something)

    2 there is a 99.99999% chance that he would have "not survived capture"

    and as this is in fact rocket science the problem is we have 3 different "speed bands" we are working with

    1 the junk that is going slow enough to fall out of orbit
    (in a more or less short period of time)

    2 the stuff that is mid range speed (could take like "forever" to fall out unless somebody/something whacks it in the right direction)

    3 the high speed stuff (this is very rare and is the stuff that heading out into deepish space)

    the problem with 1 and 2 (mostly 2) is hitting this stuff CORRECTLY is very hard to do (ideal situation is it burns up on reentry with "does not hit anything important" as a push bet)

    the worst case is you hit somebodies in service satellite or have a chunk of something wipe out a State building or something else and cause an international incident

    the big problem with doing a motherboard swap is any time you replace one of the MB , CPU/RAM , PSU triad you stand a 20% chance of having to replace either or both of the OTHER parts of the triad.

    no actually its the court case that will be turning

    i see 3 possible outcomes

    1 they never find the router (or it takes to much time)
    case fails

    2 they find the router and it does not show what they need it to (and does not look like it has been reflashed/wiped/ect)
    case fails

    3 they find the router and it does show the evidence needed
    case JAILS

    In one you spend most of your time actually doing work and in the other you spend most of your time raising funds.

    unless you are 99.99999999999999% certain that you will actually disable the clouds properly then you could actually make things WORSE.

    try to break down a cloud and you could make it bigger and have 5X the funnels (and or funnels that are 9X the strength)

    1 you had a Shed/Outbuilding/Ect that could be left "Open"
    without endangering your main Residence

    2 you were reasonably certain that folks would not just trash the place for "Fun"

    3 folks would not abuse the "gift" and maybe do a reasonable amount of work to "pay" for their stay

    How easy is it to get out of a speeding ticket if you got radared at 20 above the speed limit but your gps clearly show you being maybe 2 above the speed limit.

    now you figure that a grey Hat lighter than FFAFAF (aka html 4.01 "snow") would be considered a White Hat and a grey hat darker than 2F4F4F (aka html 4.01 "darkslategrey") would be considered a Black Hat.

    most corporate hacker types use a good amount of "bleach" on their hats to make them look "white".

    what should happen is that a custom build should receive an inspection and certification as to the merits of the build.

    Did He get the maths right?? did he make any critical errors?? Is he within the recommended tolerances??

    if the answers are Yes No Yes then he gets his plates

    heck for all that matters put the car on some sort of treadmill and do a full up run test.

    if you put enough voltage across your water to overcome the insulating properties of the water and crack it into oxygen and hydrogen then yes the resulting ions will conduct.

    but unless you have access to Gigavolts or so you just don't use absolutely pure water.

    but your answer is yes any time (use the righthand rule to keep directions straight) you have current +motion you will have a magnetic field.

    if you have this problem then (im assuming you are or have access to a handyman).

    1 run a conduit from the house to a nice spot near/ in the graden

    2 get your hands on a router and a nice secure enclosure
    (should be more or less watertight and insulated)

    3 run a power lead and cat6 down the conduit and connect your inside router and the new one in the garden

    4 cover the enclosure with a gnome bench or something
    (don't block any vent holes of course)

    5 Profit!
