    4 "Family matters"

    5 International Concerns some bits of NYC are considered "foreign ground" so the laws of that Nation need to be dealt with

    6 type and format for the ~8,000 different forms all of this will need

    Congress needs to "Man Up" and write a bill giving the Communications companies a dead line of say 6 years to have
    This List of things done. During the the wait time tax Corporate Bonuses an extra 15% and of course forbid any increases in salary above the inflation rate for this time. Of course if a company does in fact certify the list as being done (and have IRS types sign off) then they can stop paying the extra tax.

    If the list is not done for any reason the extra tax jumps to 40% when the dead line hits.

    the biggest problem is way to much money is being used to pad corporate profits and CXO bonuses and not enough is being used to oh PROVIDE SERVICES.

    I could think of several ways somebody could have "CP" in his cache and have not gone looking for actual under age Porn

    1 went shopping at a site that uses models to show clothes (got caught by "related items")
    2 was looking at other Porn and mis-clicked
    3 got a virus that does auto surfing
    4 bait and switch on a banner
    5 did a google picture search (or other graphic search) and got a few slipped in by mistake
    6 was not him actually surfing

    personally this is a subject where "Think of the Children" is the absolute last thing you need to do
    (unless you are talking about thinking of the Victims who btw have a lot of other problems)

    on a few games Steam is actually not an option (the retail box has the steam download file so it still needs a steam account to unlock).

    the correct procedure is to

    1 revoke the passwords/tokens for said employee
    2 redact the persons desk and figure out how long of a timeout is needed (if any)
    3 after the timeout escort the employee from the property

    so the three words you need to know are Revoke Redact Remove this would be the only safe thing to do

    Oh btw for both Windows Vista and Windows 7 if you look at the disc

    THE DISC HAS ALL THE CONTENT FOR ULTIMATE

    try this get your hands on a retail box for both Home Premium and Ultimate now do the installs but use the key from the other box (so use the Ultimate key with the Home premium disc and vise versa)
    guess which box will have which version??

    if you know the serial number then some phones you can send an SMS message that has
    %system code% %serial number% %passcode% or something that looks like pure gibberish but once the phone "sees" the message 1 it hard locks the phone 2 it wipes all memory locations 3 throws up a message to report to a service location (since they can dump the rom and reload it)

    even if you ignore the pop over under float frames interstial type things most pages these days are

    counting from the left
    Ad rail with a few site links
    content frame with a half dozen embeded ads
    first rail of site link content
    second rail of site link content (with videos) and duplicates of first rail
    ad rail number 2
    ad rail number 3
    then you mix in the banners scattered across run of the page and the list of comments and various blog and share links

    ONLY 5 PERCENT OF THE PAGE IS ACTUAL CONTENT

    oh btw am i mistaken that ad block plus actually DOES NOT DOWNLOAD THE ADS IT BLOCKS

    1 teachers should go down for treason if they can't teach but keep trying to
    2 every administrator should be required to put in say 2 "credit hours" of teaching every year
    (unless it can be proven they are geniuses at admin but can't teach)
    3 the first 3 years of teaching should be done by folks that are a combo of MR Rogers and Judge Dred
    4 most of the first 3 years should be focused on A that you can learn B respect for others C how to teach yourself
    (who cares that a 5 year old only knows 1 language if said kid is able to respect the other kids long enough to learn the other languages)

    yes but the trick is to raise the bottom to a higher level

    For an example lets say that a school has a range of scores from 94% to say 50% (or some A work and some F work)
    Now a Partnership of IBM and several big medical Companies decides to run a test of their new Computer Brain Interface (which allows the "data" parts of education to simply be downloaded).

    After the end of the school year the scores now range from 110% to 87% (some kids did a backchannel hack and got more data than was supposed to be included and some kids could not link the data properly)

    Now yes there will be 50% of the students in the bottom 50 percentile but that bottom 50% NOW PASSES THE STANDARDIZED TESTS

    in your situation i would suggest getting a Bulk reel of Cat6, fittings, PROPER CRIMPERS and then a bunch of that wire channel stuff and then some rack type routers

    (hint folks i did say crimpers as in more than one)

    there are different levels to your product

    1 you buy the time and the prints ( X 4/6 y 8/10 ect)
    2 you also buy "retouching"
    3 you also buy the negatives
    4 you also buy the certification that that was the only copy of said negative

    each level gets more expensive (if offered at all)

    same deal with software

    as the tool chains improve and more stuff becomes stable the uses of SL will become more and more common

    Linden Labs just released a public beta of the new SL 2.0 and i has a "Shared Media" feature that very much blurs the lines between Real Life and SecondLife.

    You want to show a presentation inworld?? rez up a screen and go for it

    (note for SL residents before you login using 2.0 grab the tweaks and have them applied)

    The biggest problem with AGW predictions is

    IF WE CAN'T EXPECT THEM TO PREDICT THE WEATHER FOR THE NEXT WEEK RIGHT THEN WHY CAN WE TRUST THEM FOR THE NEXT CENTURY??

    seriously in many cities the five day forecast would be about as accurate if you listed the weather on a d6 and rolled five times

    um unless things have changed your very few is actually Z E R O
    although there was one incident with three fatalities (a sailor was dinking around with a reactor and blew the a control rod into himself killing him and two others) that was a breach of protocol and a possible suicide.

    other than that and times where the ship was under attack i do not know of any incidents

    LPN has the problem of being effectively a Fuel Air Bomb without a detonator

    FAE munitions are the only ones that can have enough "bang" to reach nuclear levels without being overweight

    If a nuclear reactor can recycle its fuel and is designed to fail "safe" (so that the space suit guys* can just yank out the core and reload later) then the problems with the waste are somewhat minimal.

    * its protocol to suit up for worst case when you are dealing with this stuff

    not that im a tax type but
    if im not very mistaken while "consumers" may be a source of income they are also a big source of "expenses"

    One of the fun games that a company does is find out how to pull as much money off the tax debt as possible

    (hint here "hollywood accounting" is used on tax amounts also)
    if you as a business can show losses greater than whats real you can increase your profit without raising prices on your products.
