    1 if you consult your localization tables belgium uses the comma and period reversed from the US custom
    (in fact i think most of europe does)

    2 the laws of a country in 87 pages?? i don't see the laws of a county being that small

    its the 3 on a match principle if you are transmitting for more than 30 seconds at a time on a radio

    YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND AND WILL MOST LIKELY BE DEAD IN THE NEXT 30 SECONDS

    and this has been true for the last like 20-30 years

    the trick is not to intercept and decode the signal its to find the transmitter

    why do you think that most semi fixed transmitters have a way to separate the antenna and the actual transmitter??

    not really since this will allow for DWB to pull off even more tricky operations. you still would need some local staff to do some of the more common things

    1 remove critters from the OR
    2 remove the folks with guns from the OR
    3 basic stitching and bandaging
    4 making sure the patient is at a correct level of consciousness

    its not like they are at the level of "Please state the nature of the Medical Emergency"

    I think this would mostly be used for surgeons that are in the top 0.5% of their field.
    Besides it also allows for you to have the services of say a "Dr Gregory House" without having to deal with his well know excellent social graces.

    easy way to fix this
    park across the lot from the restaurant then have the kids (use the buddy system) WALK to the restaurant.

    The trick is make the distance just enough to be "fun" and not painful (so having a 7 year old walk the length of a SuperWalmart parking lot is right out).

    and if you need to get a couple points off the totals have them grill an un-marinated fillet for you (and not put that "butter" spread on the bun) (they should have some fillets thawed but not breaded or marinated)

    the reason the chicken tastes better is 2 things

    1 the chicken is shipped in as Raw fillets they then thaw out pans and then prep them and cook them
    2 They use peanut oil and a pressure cooker (note this is why if you are very allergic to peanuts you can't eat chik-fil-a food or be in the kitchen end of the restaurant for very long)

    oh and i love the fact that corporation wide NOBODY works on sunday

    no the nextel part of sprint is its own separate standard (called Iden) it just uses a "sim card" similar to a GSM phone.

    so yes a Nextel World Phone would have 3 different networks builtin (CDMA GSM and Iden)

    Don't forget you are dealing with a group that makes "The Family" look kind at times and they have both lots of desert and a very nice body of water to hide stuff. If the Massad wanted to get a shipping container of iPads for whatever reason most likely they would just ask for them (and get them) or they would just "vanish".

    Just remember if you go far enough back both groups involved are in fact Family.

    The thing is if you have a fairly low "floor limit" then it makes getting robbed a whole lot less likely

    I used to work for a place that anything bigger than a ten got dropped into the safe as soon as possible (gas station) also it was policy that if you had more than a hundred dollars in your drawer you did a safe drop.

    Now flat refusing to take a $50 (or $100) is a subset of that (personally i would have gone ahead and taken it if it wasn't a fire on the spot offense).

    sorry offline mode only works a few times before steam refuses to run games until you get back online.
    well since it has online stuff as part of the purpose it does want to "check in" with the servers every once in a while
      along with removing your control of the installed files for the game by putting them in one big file,
    thats completely wrong as about 20 seconds at the steam site will show you

      i have also heard rumors that it prevents you from making backups of the install files though
    also wrong in fact they have a whole article on how to backup your steamapps folder (mainly to enable moving it but...) again 20 seconds at the steam site

    "better" answer we start locating the datacenters used cut the outbound network lines and then level the DC
    (use Naval Gunfire or Bombers as required). And of course we would cut the outbound lines first to prevent switchover and then fire/drop warning round so that the folks can evac before the center goes up (or down as the case may be).

    They have this thing called a Rainbow Table not including Salt it would be a matter of a simple lookup since all the "grunt" work has been done already.

    Set things up so that every time a bank allows fraud to happen the amount in question goes into a "register"
    when a certain threshold gets met within a rolling 12 month period (or if 85% of the amount is met within 18 months)
    then all the officers of the bank* get charged with RICO violations and go to prison (and are also barred from ever working in a bank or other financial institution in the future).

    Since this is very definitely a money scam going on and there has to be a conspiracy...

    * to be defined as all the CxOs and the BOD.

    yes but take a look at the tech they grew up with

    Computers: early days that meant guys/girls that could do math in their heads and later days meant huge things that took punch cards

    Telephone: Rotary phones were just coming in common use later days Dial phones were the NEW thing

    GPS: they grew up with maps and compasses GPS was the late tech (and was expensive)

    Cell Phones: bag phones were late tech and they had BATTERIES that weighed more than most entire phones these days
    (how many folks here have a cell phone that weighs more than 5 pounds fully kitted out?)

    being able to prove that you were in fact clocked in and working from 8:55 to 16:05 on monday (and the other 4 days of the week within about 2 minutes) does real wonders for GETTING PAID FOR THOSE TIMES. or for the cases where you actually left on thursday at 20:00 because something went BANG and you had to handle it.
