You sound just like a fanatical "let's invade churches and call them stupid" Atheist.

I am an Atheist myself. I think Gods are very improbable, and not needed to explain the universe. Thing is, I find bad enough that religious people try to convert me, so I don't do the same, because I don't want people to hate me.

Also, I don't think that religious people are stupid. Maybe they have a reason to believe in a God. Maybe they are afraid of death. Maybe they never gave it a serious thought. There are a lot of reasons why someone would believe in God, and I refuse to believe stupidity is the only one.

That said, I think I'm answering a troll. Well, whatever. I've already written this anyways,

In the old days lefties wrote with their right hands just fine - they were forced to.

I'm left-handed and I use scissors with my right hand just fine, and the same goes for my computer mouse - I don't want people switching it every single time they want to use my PC. And I never cared about left-handed scissors. The car shifter doesn't really require high dexterity, unless you have a very old car, I guess; I wouldn't know.

If someone is left-handed nowadays, chances are they can use most tools with the right hand, too - and in the past, they were trained to be right-handed. So the difference would be only slightly significant in cooperative activities(maybe a more suave learning curve, but that's it - and that's enough to condemn your future in football, I guess). In a competitive sport, however, being left-handed is a big edge - you trained all your life against right-handed people, but they aren't as prepared for you.

Sports only brings the more dramatic results, I think.

People are not essentially good or bad (even your so blamed psychopaths, for that matter) and are prone to make bad decisions (or even being oblivious to the bad decisions made in her name) from time to time. I don't know if Gates is a nice guy or is just trying to generate some good PR karma, and I won't pass judgment on it. The true problem is the system (damn, I didn't want to use the S-Word) tend do not consider the damage your actions make if they also result in more money, and you can always clean your bad name in the repentant media.

People get a free pass to punch a town full of holes and get away from it with a bad name, which can be erased if you so much as try to help the same town with the money the town made you.
