Well, every niche that has article writers is that, unfortunately. Gaming press is even corrupt to the point they are being told to give good reviews to the games.
Proclaiming yourself to be a geek and then proceed to buy a hyped-up expensive product by a big corporation does not correlate. Want to be a real "geek" then watch anime, become a brony and get a dakimakura. Bonus points for going to cons. Extra bonus points for dressing up like your favourite character. Extra extra bonus points for ending up on Your cosplay sucks.
I have no idea why I should pay a lot for something I strap on my head to do what exactly? It's not making stuff around me levitate or otherwise make my life any more spectacular than I make it myself. It also cannot replace a strong drug effect if you are into that.
Remember the Virtua Boy? That's what I am thinking of when I think of Google Glass. If I want a novelty item to strap to my head my money is on the Oculus Rift.
It was posted on/pol/ a while ago. Already then it was dismissed. I don't see this as being anything but yet another opinionated meaning-skewing outlet just like every other. Look at/. for instance, after being here I feel that I should buy more computer hardware and learn to code.
You know there is a lot of energy to be harnessed kinetically by rapid repeated forearm motions caused by the creepshots and the virtual naked filter...
It's all about how you present the security awareness. Start by asking a simple question: "Do you care about your profile/account/access?" Then keep it simple from there. Just one or two one-lined paragraphs or bulletpoints, or a video lasting max 30 seconds. Use emotions and feelings and pack it all up with kittens and upbeat indie music. That is how you get it into the skulls of the mediocre masses.
What part of free do you not understand? Stop complaining about it. You have no reason at all. I switched from 3Dsmax to Blender and have never looked back. Seamless integration with the Unity made it superior as a development tool for graphics and animations. Whenever I see people complain about a free product like Blender for petty reasons remember that jumping off a bridge is free too.
That reminds me of a puzzle!

I don't trust journalism for good reasons. I wish I didn't have to but they are making it hard for me not to remain skeptical.
Just like any other physical trait.
All that tape, cables and patchwork. It looks like a real garage project. :3
Exactly this. Favoritism is always bad.
I think the Ouya has a real competitor on its hands now. You could say it's bog, like Sonic the Hedgehog.

It's like the start of a new tradition! Yay! :3
That this is absolute bullshit.
I am going to take a wild guess:
The user?
Life-like texture ;_;
I was curious about that seeing your name. :3

I should probably see it.
I don't know why, but I found this amusing.
Haven't we all been taught to take all of these "tests" with a grain of salt?
This device can detect Alzheimer's, and it sure as hell can detect Alzheimer's!
Mod parent up. Just do it. DO IT
I see a techy subject and read it instantly as Carmackers...
