I highly doubt it, I mean elements of what you say are true, but the details are important. Are they really 64 bit or 32 bit? Do they do in order or out of order execution? Is it just like all other POWER5 or is it somehow differnt in it'd design (I hear it has differnt cache and other things).
That sucks. IMO Tital A.E. would have made a better trilogy. First movie showing earth involved in the universe, building the ship and the events leading up to the attack and destruction. The movie should have ended with the few survivors escaping. Second film should cover the survivors surviving and the plot that ends up bringing characters together and starting the search for the Titan. The final film should have concentrated on the search for the ship and the aftermath.
MS had no relation to JFS2/LVM development on OS/2 so nope. See IBM is still developing for OS/2. LVM/JFS was not part of OS/2 version 1 or 2 that MS was involved in. IT was a latter added item long after IBM released Version 4.
As someone who lived in W.VA. (northern panhandle area) for over 9 years and saw DAILY examples of racism I have to back Doc Ruby up onthis. Nothing has changed and The way parents raise kids I dubt it will. They may not be burning crosses on lawns any more, but I still have to supress a murderous rage every time I hear some ignorant fuck mumble some shit like "nigger lover" under their breath.
What do you expect from someone who works for Monster Cable? Read his first hook up article to see how he started with AV gear to see how he got to the point of posting this article.
Some of his articles do make some decent points, but he is a slave to his job and cant seem to actually be objective on anything touching on that. I almost think his PA articles are just adverts for Monster gear sometimes.
I'm still trying to figure out why he stopped the crane(or was it a pillar) from falling. It would have required less force (sic) to either push it as it fell so it missed them or to just yank the two jedi out of the way.
IF this is AIX 5.1 chances are the filesystems are using JFS2 which was derived from the OS/2 JFS as I understand it. IBM claims JFSand LVM on OS/2 were not ports but independently developed. Shortly after they show up in OS/2 IBM gives AIX JFS2, my guess it was ported from OS/2 for the same reason the linux stuff was, to prevent anyone from pulling another SCO.
This reminds me of the ending to "Murder by Death" where the Lionel Twain gathers all the "detectives" and starts pointing out all the flaws of the books they come from. "You've tricked and fooled your readers for years. You've tortured us all with surprise endings that made no sense. You've introduced characters in the last five pages that were never in the book before. You've withheld clues and information that made it impossible for us to guess who did it."
The POV gun I believe is completely original to the films. It looks to me, considering that Douglas created him, that the POV gun and Humma Kavula were created to make a subplot out of power hungry madmen, he failed to win the presidency so now he is using religion and possibly this weapon.
The "slapsticks" I think came from the Radio series as I dont remember them from the books, but I ahve not heard all of the radio shows.
"I didn't realize that the only solution to conflict and the only way to create drama is "pulling a trigger and hunting down something"."
I am hugely bothered by this mindset. I first started to notice it and get outraged when I first saw "Falling Down". Instead of an interesting ending involving the mental illness the main character suffered from, the writer/director/producer insisted that the problem needs to be solved with a bullet. The last scene is such total crap and badly done.
Adventure/puzzle is probably where the strength of it would be. Imagine a game where your character end up on some journey, and are faces with a variety of situation that you can interact with. None of them should have immediate affect outside of the situation and how you resolve it. (I guess a bit like how you chose light side or dark side in the first KOTR game, interactions that shape your character) combined with puzzles either based on history of the religion or the scripture, even based on elements of it. By the end you may find you have chose poorly and while completing the game, ended up damning yourself, or others, and vice versa. At least that way it's not on rails.

"Linux should kick some extreme ass with this triple core beast."
Unlike normal POWER PC chips these AFAIK do "in order" I think LINUX or any other OS would have to be heavily tweaked to the platform.
"On a side note, anyone notice how similar Firefly is to Cowboy Bebop?"
Everyone who says that seems to have a unique meaning to the word similar.
It's like saying "ever notice how similar LA LAW and Law and Order are" IMO.
Other then both shows being in space I'm really lost as to the similarities.
That sucks.

In my Prius (old style AC, 2002 year model) It seems that they produce the same reduction in MPG.

"Historicaly Intel motherboards are of good quality and stability.
Clearly you never had to build systems using, and do tech support for, early Intel Pentium motherboards.

Not yet.
Now you are.
If drivers are so hot in SCO please explain the quality (tcpip falls over all the time) of AMD PCNET chip drivers for Openserver?

Before that he was in the main series of the show as I remember a pimp/small time dealer who gets his head smashed in with a bowling ball at a diner.

Original? Is there was another BBC TV series somewhere I missed?
What no Petra? Kids these days...

When will they put a decent firewall on Questworld?
And old scholl as it is, Petra. After all God gave rock and roll to you.
What one was where they (for sport aparently) killed any jews they found on the way?
