And, as most people know, Congress has not been doing anything "good" for many years. They are more concerned with how much money big pharma is contributing to their reelection campaigns or what big pharma company is going to put them on the payroll as a lobbyist upon their retirement from government. This all looks great! HBO and other providers going internet for a price. However, the cable companies will have the last laugh. Wait until HBO has their internet signal throttled just like Netflix and have to pay more (much more) for bandwidth. Until cable companies are recognized as common carriers just like the phone companies, they will still be in the drivers seat as to what we can watch.
