Yes, it does. Instead of a single company being able to use this thing that's been part of our culture for 100 years, anybody can use it. That's not what Right to Work means. Right to Work means that you can't be forced to pay a union dues to work at a company. The term you're looking for is "at will" employment, and it has nothing to do with unions.
