Many fisherman in the northeast are caught with overage amounts of lobsters and other catches outside of their licenses and they are forced to release their catches back to the sea. They may incur a fine as well, but no one goes to court or jail usually. The cops overreacted and he should have just been fined and required to release the Grouper back in the water instead of all of this mess. If the police tell you to take the bag of cocaine down to the precinct for processing instead of confiscating it and you just happen to lose it somehow, would that be obstruction too? The cops should have taken the fish if they were going to consider it evidence.

As much as people want him to be freed and exonerated, you can only poke the bear so much before he will kill you. He only got to poke it once, though, but maybe he'll face a fair trial if he goes up against an international tribunal rather than one in the US.
That way infrastructure will always be on the budget to get upgraded. They'll still give us anonymity and we'll pay for it from our taxes. If you can't trust the gov't, then who can you trust. Oh wait...
I did fine growing up, but me working with my younger brother on concepts helped him more at school and was a top-off on education more than anything. I'm sure my parents would have helped, but they were working. Showing kids how to get from A to B is a lot better than showing them the answers or doing it for them.
It doesn't mean they'll come true. I predict I'll win the lottery. Yay, I won $4 instead of $40M. It's a noble cause, but it just needs some tinkering to get things right.
